The people I worked with were very professional and very helpfull in an otherwise difficult time. I thank them very much for the help provided.

Very disappointed submitted the amount that I was needing to file, was told my fee was to be 23,000.00 which I paid them, Once the fee is paid and I am out the $23,000.00 I am told my account is over there limit. The amount and it has to be turned over to [redacted] & [redacted] in Alberta the Province that I am from. I Have a meeting with Gary H. and I am told from them that yes the account was over CDPCL limit of representation and if I would have gone to there firm it would have only cost $3,500.00 , so I am out 23,000.00 when CDPC could represent me in the first place was a real kick to the wallet when I am in trouble to begin with money

I was deep in debt due to my partner's illness and and couldn't see a viable way out of it. I called Consumer Debtor Protection of Canada Limited, and was given all of the important information I needed to see that a Consumer Debt Proposal was the best way for me to go.
I was walked through the entire process, and helped immensely by Rajvinder, who supported me every step of the way. Rajvinder was readily available by phone and e-mail, and always there to answer questions and assist with whatever else I needed. She also phoned me on a regular basis to check in and see how we were doing with gathering our paperwork, if creditors had bothered us, etc.
It was daunting to enter this process, but i'm so very glad we did. It's a step towards the betterment of our financial future! I will definitely be recommeding CDPCL to anyone I come across!
