Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRegards, [redacted] Yes, it has been repaired (replaced mother board) but what guarantee do I have that it won't break down again It is a two year old dishwasher It should not be acting up I have repeatedly said that I believe there is something wrong with this dishwasher Either GE give me a longer warranty on it or replace the unit with something better that actually works What compensation do I get for going through all the hoops just to get a dishwasher repairedGE, please read my original complaint and tell me that your recent response is enough Thanks, [redacted] **

I called GE Care 1st but GE Care told me that their technicians are not available to come until days later and it will take another 3-days to order the parts, which means at least - 15day no oven for us, and that is a big issue for my familySo, I had to hire a local appliance repairman who came right away to fix the oven I have no idea if he is authorised by GE but he told me that he repairs GE's products all the time in his profession

Our response remains unchanged and we have closed this case This consumer’s refrigerator is operating properly We have explained multiple times the proper way the measure the temperature in the unit be the consumer is not accepting this and continues to measure the temperature improperly

I have already spoken to this consumer and did not agree with his request for a new refrigerator His unit is in-warranty and I have offered to schedule service for him but he has declined His warranty is for repair, not for replacement

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The business continues to deny that the problem existsThe business also has not addressed the fact that immediately after the first attempted repair, the problem became almost twice as bad Furthermore, the 3rd party technicians GE has hired under warranty [redacted] ) agree with my assessment that the fridge is functioning poorly and recommend temperature fluctuations within the degree rangeThe A&E technicians also inspected the fridge (which is something the GE technician never did in the scheduled appointments), and identified a potential problem with another part that the GE technician never considered The repairs have been scheduled for Apr My understanding is that GE will foot the bill for the repairs, as per the warrantyBased on recommendations from A&E, there may be additional follactions It looks like whoever at GE closed the complaint is unaware of the previously scheduled work with [redacted] (even though it's clearly mentioned both in the complaint and in the customer service ticket I had open with GE)This work is in progress and may or may not lead to a resolutionHowever, the issue is definitely not yet resolved Regards, [redacted] ***
