I called Ragsdale on a late Tuesday afternoon to have someone come and check out one of my heating units The woman I spoke with on the phone was very polite and asked if I needed someone right away I explained I was turning on the heat to make sure they were properly working, so I told her that it could wait until morning She gave me a hour window and said someone would call when the technician was on their way I got a call the next morning, as promised, around 9am and Michael was here within minutes He was very polite and explained what was wrong with the unit before just fixing it and charging me He was really only here maybe minutes and was very efficient I would recommend this company for heating/air repairs
