All my air conditioning and heating maintenance and repairs are done by Ragsdale Recently my air conditioner air handler drain pan cracked and developed a major leak
Although the drain pan was not covered by warranty, Ragsdale was kind enough to replace the pan and no cost to me Patrick and Jeff came to the house and professionally replaced the pan The cracked pan was a manufacturer's defect and Ragsdale went above and beyond in replacing the pan Thanks Ragsdale Also thanks to Patrick and Jeff Two great guys who know their stuff
