This company was great to work with. I needed special arrangement , the office called to see if I was ready for the . They sent James very friendly and kind .James addressed all of my areas,and answered questions I will use them again.

Excellent service. They are honest and upfront about estimates. They had to re-fit a vent pipe for my new furnace and it was fixed free of charge as promised under their labor warranty.

Had one of the team come out to reset our toilet. They were very successful in completing the job and very quick. I would very much recommend Ragsdale to anyone

My heating & air receives maintenance twice a year from Ragsdale. The service technician, Dan, is cordial, clean, and competent. I'm a multi-year customer.

During the inspection he identified a problem with the motor assemblies in the furnace units. Sam personally called Amana customer service to speak on my behalf about the problem. Even though there was not an active recall for these parts Sam was instrumental in getting [redacted] to replace the parts free of charge. I appreciate the way Sam went above and beyond to help me, and I would highly recommend him to others!

Just prior to Christmas we had water coming from our wall in our laundry room and from our ceiling in our son's game room. We had the pleasure of having Trad and Dorby to our home to save the day, and our holiday season. Trad and Dorby were professional and got right to the problem which was so comforting. The thing that I appreciated the most was the way Trad and Dorby respected our home and were compassionate and sympathetic to our feelings of complete shock that this was happening in two places in our home at the same time. This is the 3rd time I've used Ragsdale Plumbing in the past 1-1/2 yrs... Major plumbing work was done for first 2 jobs & minor cartridge replacement for a recent bathtub faucett leak... James is the service tech who has completed all 3 jobs. I have owned several homes & James is the best plumber I have ever met!! The Ragsdale Group provides quick, clean outstanding work with reasonable pricing!!!
