I just signed up w/ Ragsdale yerly service plan and they were over for the Furnace checkup. The Ragsdale Tech (Mason was his name if I remember correct) was very professional and nice. He explained every step in detail and walked thru every option when it came to needed repairs.

The service I received from Sam at Ragsdale was absolutely stellar. He was knowledgeable, thorough, extremely honest & trustworthy & went the extra mile to search out & find the problem with my systems. I was 1000% satisfied!

I've been a maintenance customer with Ragsdale for a couple of years now. One of my systems suffered a blower motor failure (old age) and the replacement universal motor had issues with vibration. The team, Larry especially, was very tenacious in tracking down and resolving the problem. Great customer service!

By clean, I mean they did not look like they just escaped from prison or were coming off a [redacted] high.
