The $tuwas amazing We bought a foreclosure house which had a number of issues Jason [redacted] came out and was beyond nice, informative, helpful, and solved all of our issues The roof looks better and the peace of mind is great to have He also informed us to what needs to be done and a timeframe for each project He was not aggressive in trying to sell additional products to us, but was very direct with his opinions He also gave advice and went way above and beyond what was asked of him Great company, great technician, great price My only issue was Saturday scheduling It's great that they have Saturday appointments, but it takes a while for one to come up, but I can't be mad at that

I'm extremely pleased that I chose to call Arocon to have the roof on my house inspected and repaired The technician Hunter was awesome He was very personable, efficient and really knew his stuff In addition to taking a bunch of pictures and giving me an excellent summary of the condition of the roof, Hunter also did some minor repairs (caulking, nailing) It would have been worth the service at twice the price In addition to the great service, I was called first thing Monday morning after I purchased the servicing through Angie's List Sunday evening The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and was able to get me scheduled that very morning I love Arocon's business model of giving honest information and not pressuring customers to purchase unnecessary services When my roof does need to be significantly repaired I will definitely be calling Arocon Thanks!

Hwas on time went right ot work and was knowlegeableHe walked me thourogh every aspect of my roof and even infomed me my roof had about half its life left in contrast to another salesman who said I needed a whoie new roofHis hionesty has made me a return customer

I entered into a contract with Arocon on 6/14/ They pressed me to give the down payment and gave a starting date for which they never keptThey kept putting me off for months so I had to contact another company [redacted] for a estimate [redacted] and Arocon began price fixing as reported by Steven Lof [redacted] in his response to a complaint filed with Revdex.com that they talked to Arocon Arocon on the final date given me to start the work in September of raised the price $8,to get in line with the price of [redacted] *** Then Arocon refuse to give the refund back through my credit card and I had to file with the Credit card company with a copy of my contract to verify they never performed the work They are liers, they gave a hundred reason why they could not start the work but took my money It was a company problem because I talked to every level with no satisfaction other than I understand your problem, but won't fix it and kept my money

Will was great very knowledgeable and did an excellent jobThis [redacted] was a great value highly recommend Arocon they did everything they said they wouldAt first showed up for their appointment and had to reschedule due to weather they stayed in communication at all timesThey confirmed their appointment, they called when they were on their way and showed up on timeI truly appreciate the good business ethicWill do business with them in the near future

I had an Arocon Attic/Roof/Gutter Point Inspection performed by Jason on August 20, I received a very detailed and easy to understand report covering items My roof is about years old and I noticed some nails popping through some shingles Since I am no longer able to access and inspect my roof, I took advantage of Arocon's roof inspection deal Jason arrived on time and was very professional He spent more than hour inspecting my roof and made several fixes, including fixing nail pops, resealing pipe collars, resealing ridge vents, replacing a pipe collar that was cracked, etche took some pictures while up on the roof so he could show me the good and bad on my roof and show me exactly what he had doneThe experience with Jason was pleasant and straight forward I was relieved that generally my roof is in good shape and I have learned that regular maintenance is a good idea to keep it that way as long as possible I feel my house is now much more secure and prepared for the winter ahead This service is well worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone with an older roof
