We had a roof "tune-up" completed and could not be happier - excellent service from start to finish Linda in the office was very knowledgeable and helpful getting our appointment set up The technician, Will M., arrived on time and was extremely professional and thorough He went into the attic, took before and after pictures, replaced shingles, sealed pipes, and presented his findings and recommendations I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors - completely satisfied!!

Jason and Ian from Arocon showed up a day before Hurricane Joaquin was supposed to roll into town It was raining and had been for three days, but they still kept the appointment, assessed our roof, and were able to do their full review The active rain storm allowed them to fully assess the integrity of our roof, which showed no leaks
Their approach was direct, honest, and no-pressure If I ever need a roof repair or replacement, I will use Arocon And I will recommend them as well

They are personable, efficient and professional Let me start by saying that I had to reschedule the appointment two times due to issues on my end They were very understanding and accommodating I had an appointment with AROCON for some general maintenance to my roof and gutters Jason Easton was the gentleman that completed the maintenance He as very professional and personable After he completed the service, he even played with my dog for a bit (My house was his last appointment of the day) I like the company so much that I have scheduled an additional appointment to discuss additional work with them
