I had my roof replaced by Arocon several years ago and the job was left incomplete and neglected when I noticed the gutter were not replace and instead under the deck. When I called the company, they stated I have to buy new gutters thru them as the other gutter could not be used due to the damage giving me an additional expense. In between, I had requested estimates for several in house jobs which they were quick to give estimate and later called saying they can't do the job when asked when they can start. I called them back for another job a year later as the gutter guard did not seem proper in certain areas and for completion of stucco holes and painting. I signed the job in 4/16, the job was not started till June after multiple calls back and forth and I was informed they would come certain days with no one showing up. The stucco job and what was written in the contract was not done at all as requested and calling back and forth I still do not have call backs 1-2 Weeks later. The painting is even not matched in areas. After coming several times, I still do not have the brush required to clean the gutter as stated. They were also supposed to give me estimates on other jobs that they promptly came for estimating and it has been more than three months now

Top notch service. Technician, Hunter R., was on time, pleasant, honest and very professional. Told me what was good about my roof, what may need fixing, and how long the roof will last. Also cleaned my gutters and showed me reasons of why they were clogged and what to avoid in the future. He explained quite a few things that were needed so I could understand them. I would recommend this company and technician to anyone who needs roof work done or gutter work done.

Hunter [redacted] did a great job with the roof inspection. There were no extra charges for small repairs and he gave us an honest assessment of the good condition of our roof.

Will was great very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. This [redacted] was a great value highly recommend Arocon they did everything they said they would. At first showed up for their appointment and had to reschedule due to weather they stayed in communication at all times. They confirmed their appointment, they called when they were on their way and showed up on time. I truly appreciate the good business ethic. Will do business with them in the near future.

On March 24, 2015 I had the pleasure of using services for my roofing repairs with Arocon Roofing and Construction LLC. My technician was Will M[redacted]. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very patient regarding explaining things to me! It was a pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of having some roofing repairs. I had the $99 special and he did a great job and also pointed out things to me that would in the future cause some major problems. I scheduled a roof tune-up with Arocon Roofing, and I was very happy with their service. I was the first appointment of the day, 0730, and I was surprised and pleased to see their technician arrive early. J., was very professional and personable, and he explained the condition of the entire roof to me. He replaced several of my shingles, he took his time, and did excellent work. I was very pleased with the entire experience, and I would definately recommend J. and Arocon Roofing to anyone.

I contacted this company to come out and inspect the roof on my home for insurance purposes. I was not having any problems with the roof just trying to verify the age. Mr. Will M[redacted] arrive on time to performed the inspection and was very professional. He did not try to "sell" me any additional services and only had helpful comments. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Arocon $99 gutter inspection is a great deal, they cleaned and sealed my gutters, inspected the roof, installed new rubber boots on two vent risers, took photos if everything and reviewed it all with me. They also cleaned up everything after they are done. Highly recommend!

Very professional. Solved our roof issues with their roof tune up service.

We hired Arocon to do a $99.00 Roof Tune-Up. Our technician was Will [redacted]. Will inspected the roof, took pictures, and took the time to show them to me and explained all problems. He then did the repairs included in the tune-up package. He was very thorough in his work and explanations. He seemed to be very educated and knowledgeable in his field. Will was very pleasant, professional and friendly.

Arocon was a pleasure to work with when replacing our roof. The sales representative was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. His presentation was the biggest factor in our choice.

The installation crew was prompt, efficient and professional. Excellent workmanship and clean up after completion.

I recommend them to anyone needing a new roof and they will be my first choice if I need further work done to my home.

We took advantage of Living social special of roof tune up. We set up an appointment for SAT MAY 2. Since we are selling our home, we had wanted to get an earlier appointment, but they were booked. On the day of the appointment, we got a phone call from the office stating that their technicians had been in a traffic accident that totalled the other persons car. The receptionist mentioned that they would have to rescheduled. We were not too happy, but accidents do happen.

Within an hour we got a phone call from the technicians stating that if it was OK with us, they could still make their appointment. They did not want to leave us hanging. So within 15 minutes they were at our house.

We showed them to the attic. They found two small leaks and repaired them. They inspected that entire roof from the outside and found potential problems that he fixed on his own. They showed initiative and went above and beyond what was expected or required.

After the roof tune up, Mr Jason E. met with my wife and I and went over report. He explained each section in the report and gve us his personal cell phone in case there was any leaks.

He was very professional and thorough in his work and explanations.

We would defintely use AROCON in the future for any work that they are qualified to perform.
