He came on time, called before he came which I appreciated He took photos of my roof, and reviewed them all with me with a good explanation He sent them to me via email so now I have them all He did a few minor repairs and caulking, and checked my attic as well Great visit that gave me very good peace of mind! Hunter Riley performed my roof tune-up. He arrived on time (twice), was very friendly, and went right to work. He had to come out to the house twice because on the day of the the first scheduled appointment it was far too windy and cold to replace shingles. I was extremely happy with the work he did. I was missing 3 shingle tabs and he quickly replaced them. He also did some caulking in areas needing it. He took pictures of all the work he did and showed them to me when he was finished. Overall a very positive experience. I will definitely use Arocon in the future.

Our experience with Arocon Roofing and Construction LLC, was a very positive and professional one. They were very thorough and did an excellent job on the roof as well as providing financing for such a large project. It is avery good company to do business with.

I had an Arocon Attic/Roof/Gutter 21 Point Inspection performed by Jason on August 20, 2015. I received a very detailed and easy to understand report covering 21 items. My roof is about 12 years old and I noticed some nails popping through some shingles. Since I am no longer able to access and inspect my roof, I took advantage of Arocon's roof inspection deal. Jason arrived on time and was very professional. He spent more than 1 hour inspecting my roof and made several fixes, including fixing nail pops, resealing pipe collars, resealing ridge vents, replacing a pipe collar that was cracked, etc. he took some pictures while up on the roof so he could show me the good and bad on my roof and show me exactly what he had done. The experience with Jason was pleasant and straight forward. I was relieved that generally my roof is in good shape and I have learned that regular maintenance is a good idea to keep it that way as long as possible. I feel my house is now much more secure and prepared for the winter ahead. This service is well worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone with an older roof.

I entered into a contract with Arocon on 6/14/14. They pressed me to give the down payment and gave a starting date for which they never kept. They kept putting me off for months so I had to contact another company [redacted] for a estimate. [redacted] and Arocon began price fixing as reported by Steven L. of [redacted] in his response to a complaint filed with Revdex.com that they talked to Arocon. Arocon on the final date given me to start the work in September of 2014 raised the price $8,000 to get in line with the price of [redacted]. Then Arocon refuse to give the refund back through my credit card and I had to file with the Credit card company with a copy of my contract to verify they never performed the work. They are liers, they gave a hundred reason why they could not start the work but took my money. It was a company problem because I talked to every level with no satisfaction other than I understand your problem, but won't fix it and kept my money.

Great price and great service to match! Our Arocon service tech J. was on time and great to work with. He showed us before and after pictures of our roof and gutter system and described each preventive maintenance measure he took to ensure our roof and gutters were good to go. He sat down with us to go over the 21 point inspection section by section to ensure we were happy with the results.

Purchased the Roofing Tune-Up on [redacted] and was extremely pleased with the service. The technician, Jason, did a thorough job assessing and explaining the current state of our roof (using photos taken while working to illustrate problems). He was up-front with his analysis, made numerous minor repairs to correct several issues and was very friendly.
