I purchased a Roof/Gutter Tune-Up promotion through [redacted] I expected a tech to show up, look at the roof, clean the gutters and be on their way. Instead, Jason E. came and spent a considerable amount of time inspecting the roof, explaining everything he was seeing and what was right or wrong or needed correction. Both with the roof and gutter tune-up, he went above and beyond our expectations. Because of his attention to detail and hard work, we are using Arocon for additional work on our home.

Jason did a great job. He showed up on time, cleaned out my gutters and made sure to clean up all the debris after. He was also able to tell me about the health of my roof and things I should keep an eye on. Overall very happy with AROCON

The $99 tune-up was amazing. We bought a foreclosure house which had a number of issues. Jason [redacted] came out and was beyond nice, informative, helpful, and solved all of our issues. The roof looks better and the peace of mind is great to have. He also informed us to what needs to be done and a timeframe for each project. He was not aggressive in trying to sell additional products to us, but was very direct with his opinions. He also gave advice and went way above and beyond what was asked of him. Great company, great technician, great price. My only issue was Saturday scheduling. It's great that they have Saturday appointments, but it takes a while for one to come up, but I can't be mad at that.

Had a leak in a flat roof. Two other roofing companies made repairs that did't work. Arocon sent Adam out to look at roof and make repairs. No leaks since repaired. Very courteous and responsive. Best roofing company on the eastern shore Maryland.

Showed up on time and was very thorough. Explained all if the work done and made recomendations for work needed. Curbs eat job!

Will [redacted] did tune up of our roof. He was on time, pleasant and explained what problem he found on our roof and what he will do to fix it.

Within the past year we have used Arocon twice, once for a roof check-up another for gutter cleaning. We have been very pleased both times with Jason E. being the company's representative. He is thorough, communicates well, and is pleastant to work with answering questions and expllaining options. I would recommend using Arocon to others and suggesting that they request Jason. Work was not rushed, with Jason taking pictures so that we could clearly understand problems. Follow-up has been handled professionally. Thanks for great service!

the person that did the tune-up to my roof was Jason. He was prompt, knowledgeable, very courteous. No over selling, and honest (with before and after pictures) I was very pleased with his work.10

Will Moore showed up to inspect and tune-up my flat roof. The was on time, very and thorough with the inspection. He pointed out problem spots (via photographs) and provided suggestions to maintain the roof to extend its lifetime.

Hunter R. came to.our house yesterday to do repair work, in response to a Groupon purchase. He was prompt, knowledgeable, conciencious and efficient. He answered all our questions honestly and in a friendly manner. He took before and after pictures and shared them with us. Arocon has a gem in this employee.

They arrived at the early part of the appointment window, so I give them high marks for punctualoity. They came as part of a promo offering, a "Gutter Tuneup" that chaecks the roof, attic, gutters and sownspouts for attention.. They also clean out the gutters and caulk any leaking end caps or downspouts. They did this all quickly and efficently and I would highly recommend them to any.

Excellent service. Technician came to the house during the appointed time frame, and patiently, yet thoroughly, explained the status of my roof and associated apparatus. PIctures of my roof were taken, and presented to me with comprehensive interpretation. Follow-up consultation options were offered to me to get an estimate for repair work.

My experience with Mr. Hunter [redacted] was great. He was very punctual, and is clearly very knowledgeable and professional. Before he started his work he told me his work plan, and after he completed his work, he explained to me the work he did step by step and gave me his assessment of the overall condition of the roof. He satisfactorily answered all of my questions. Not only was Mr. [redacted] helpful and professional but also very personable gentleman.

Will M. came out to perform a tune up on my townhome roof on 10/23. He took his time to thoroughly examine and document (with pictures) everything he found and repaired. Afterward he reviewed everything with me and answered all my questions without any sales pitch. I will definitely use Arocon for the replacement when the time comes!
