Hello,This is our answer to the customer regarding reference # [redacted] Please post our answer publiclyThanks for your attention in this matterWe’re sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your experience at our company; however you left several relevant facts out of your complaint and misrepresented othersFirst, your vehicle was impounded by the police department after it was abandoned on a public streetThis was entirely in your control, not oursYou next abandoned your vehicle at our police storage facility for over half a month, incurring a large storage billAgain, this was entirely in your control, not oursFinally, your vehicle was not towed in error by the police If it was, the police department would have advised us of a mistake and you would not have a towing bill to complain aboutThey advised us there was no mistakeAnd to clarify, the CalifVehicle code defines a highway as a publicly maintained place or way, open to the use of the public for purposes of vehicular travelHighway includes street(360).You were unfortunately quite verbally abusive and unreasonable on the phone, forcing us to end the call several timesTelephone harassment is against the law and we were gracious enough to not report you.You describe your complaint in part as an effort to help protect Seal Beach residents from “heinous and unlawful acts” The truth of the matter is the Seal Beach police are within the law to remove abandoned vehiclesThis benefits Seal Beach residents and their guests by freeing up pubic parking for everyone to useAnd we, in turn, are also following the law regarding your impounded vehicleYou are legally responsible for the towing and storage charges you’ve incurredOf course, if you had picked up your vehicle in a reasonable time frame, the bill would be much lower.Sincerely,Rossmoor Towing

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] First off, I understand everything that was sent to me in the response just as I understood it when she told me this on the phone No matter the policy, none of what she said has anything to do with the rude manner that I was spoken to by her or by Judy which she forgot to address I am completely fine with the policy that they have in place and I have returned all documents that I was asked to Customer service and the rudeness are my main concerns, as I couldn't even get my point across because Melissa and Judy kept doing the same thing that she just finished doing in her response, REPEATING A POLICY THAT I AM WELL AWARE OF Thanks, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In the content of [redacted] 's response letter, it lists at least months of the minimum payment not attained What they fail to mention is they were assessing a penalty during each of those months making it impossible to meet the minimum payment When I contacted [redacted] via email to confront them and peacefully resolve this, they refused to work with me and continued to penalize me until I made a complaint with the Revdex.com [redacted] is working toward meeting the profile of a predatory loaner.By their rules I only managed to pay less than $out of $dollars worth of paymentsEven if this met our loan agreement, this should have been sharply looked at by someone on their side as taking advantage of a paying customer[redacted] 's current policy takes total advantage of customers that are having a difficult time paying the bill Most of the other credit card companies have common sense policy's and allow for a plan to be worked outespecially when the customer is payingI pay my billsDue to Politics I am in a job that pays 1/of my original incomeDespite this, I still pay my bills[redacted] owes me an apology In their carefully written and edited response, it appears I hardly paid my bill Yet, I have Bank statements that show otherwise The totals do not lieAdd up the amounts in my original complaint and try to justify how my debt was effectively increased by 400% percent Regards, Evelyn M***
