We are very sorry that Mr *** feels this way about our companyAfter looking into his concerns I don't feel that we have done anything wrong or deceptiveWe have over customers on this plan that expect the yearly renewal that he
has issue withAs his contract clearly states, it is a one year contract to be automatically renewed by invoiceunless cancelled by either partyIf a customer fails to send in payment we attempt to contact them before cancelling
We send out reminder post cards to set up an appointment to do our customers maintance callwe cannot automatically go out and do thisIf the customer does not respond to the card we follow up with a phone call a few months later
On the subject of priority service, this pertains to taking care of contract customers in need of emergency serviceThis is why we asked to reschedule his appointment, to take care of other customers that needed emergency serviceIt is always a request not a cancellation
Also please note the new furnace that was mentioned made it sound like it was a new unit we installedWe did not install this piece of equipment

*** did his usual outstanding seasonal job*** and *** handled scheduling perfectly...as usual I use Crystal for a home in West County (Town and Country) and two lake houses and have for yearsThey installed a completely new furnace and a/c system in out city home in and we have had zero problems
