We have been very satisfied with the service we have received from Crystal Heating and Cooling. We just called this morning for our routine furnace check and Mark E. was able to come out in just a couple of hours. That is great service. Mark E. was very friendly and very efficient in checking our furnace. We will continue to use their service for our heating and cooling needs.

We have used Crystal Heating and Cooling for many years. We appreciate the fine service that they give and trust them. They are willing to work with customers to accommodate their requests. They are pleasant and enjoyable to work with. Thanks to them for helping us with our heating and cooling needs.

I have been dealing with Crystal Heating and Cooling for many years - specifically Darren Hahn and Samantha. They are both very professional and get the job done correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone (and I already have).

I'm thrilled with this company, and with their service representative, Darren I was recommended to Crystal Heating and Cooling by the owner of [redacted] [another excellent company]. We were scheduled to have a general [and introductory] service call next week, but our heating went out last night. I left an overnight message and called this morning. Our appointment was moved up, and, just after lunch, Darren showed up at our house, diagnosed our problem. Problem: the heater's fan was broken and the part would have to be ordered. This meant we'd be without heat tonight, the coldest night of the year to date. BUT, the Crystal Heating manager found a part locally and Darren was able to drive to Maryland Heights to get it. He installed it and we now have a working furnace and do not have to worry about getting through tonight without any heat. The whole experience was amazing and we are very grateful.

issue with. As his contract clearly states, it is a one year contract to be automatically renewed by invoice. unless cancelled by either party. If a customer fails to send in payment we attempt to contact them before cancelling.
We send out reminder post cards to set up an appointment to do our customers maintance call. we cannot automatically go out and do this. If the customer does not respond to the card we follow up with a phone call a few months later.
On the subject of priority service, this pertains to taking care of contract customers in need of emergency service. This is why we asked to reschedule his appointment, to take care of other customers that needed emergency service. It is always a request not a cancellation.
Also please note the new furnace that was mentioned made it sound like it was a new unit we installed. We did not install this piece of equipment.

[redacted] complaints we are more than happy to do the air duct cleaning at no charge to [redacted]. There are way to many he said, she saids to try and figure this out. We know that [redacted] had some type of mold problem that is no longer present due to the duct cleaning. I feel it is important to inspect the product on a regular basis to make sure the situation was not caused by something else. It is important to keep in mind their are several different mold prevention products on the market that my tech. explained. On another note I wanted to make sure it is noted that [redacted] did contact [redacted] to discuss this issue and was hung up on after a few seconds of conversation. I hope this resolves all the issues and we look forward to working with [redacted] if she needs us. Her account with us has a $0 balance at this time.

The service personnel are extremely friendly and responsible. I highly recommend Crystal Heating and Cooling for any heating and cooling needs that you may have. They did a wonderful job!!

I have been very happy with Crystal Heating and Cooling. The same service professional has been taking care of my furnace/AC for over 11 years. He has always provided excellent service. I can trust him to keep my furnace and AC running smoothly.

If you hire Crystal Heating & Cooling you better be sure you received the unit you paid for or ordered. I am stuck with a furnace I did not order and a noisy metal flu running through by bedroom closet. Their customer service was terrible as I tried to address the issues. No calls after emails back and forth with their receptionist (she was great by the way). I finally called to talk to a vp there after suggestion from another heating & cooling person I contact to try to provide my lawyer with information. I took more time off work to show up at their office to try to resolve. After a promise to help. No more communication until I called with another issue at which time vp showed up at my house unannounced (I was not home). He told my mother he sent an email offering to lower my bill. Totaling missing the issue. I received no more phone calls from them offering to resolve the issues.

The Service Pro Cary J. assisted us in repairing the air conditioning and did a great job; very thorough and professional, showed me what the issues were that needed repaired, made suggestions for other possible future repairs to the furnace that could wait and had the job done quickly and cool air flowing! Thank you for a job well done!

Mike H. arrived within the scheduled time. He was polite and professional. He completed the work in a timely manner. He answered questions to my satisfaction.

A great company! DarrenH was very professional. Went over all my options with me and did the job in a timely manner. Very courteous and helpful. They installed my furnace in the past and did a good job.

What a great company, Darren H. was a wonderful technician. He promptly gave me his business card and we had some friendluY conversation the whole time. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. He also arrived on the earlier side of the time span given instead of me having to wait all day. '

Darren's service has always been excellent. We have delt with this company (Crystal Heating and Cooling) for 14 years. The company & Darren their service tech have always given excellent service.

Jason F and the folks at Crystal Heating and Cooling gave us an excellent product at a fair price! The installation didn't take as long as I thought it would and the system is
so much better than our old system. Clean up, haul off of old system was done like I would have done it, spotless when completed! Thank you to Nick, Jason and the whole team. Highly recommend this company!!

We request Gary every time we need the spring/fall unit cleanings. He's professional, honest and knowledgeable. We trust his expertise. We have recommended Crystal Heating and Cooling to family and friends.
