My thermostat was working but I couldn't see the numbers as the screen was getting dim. I called Crystal (our furnace /air installer) & they sent Tim out within about 2 hrs. He replaced the screen, set it up the way I wanted & was friendly & polite. I had labor covered on my warranty but not on the thermostat which Tim gave free of charge. Much appreciated!

I have always found Crystal's staff to be Professional, Timely, and Polite. They leave my home clean, and explain in layman's terms any repairs needed. They do not try to sell you things that are in excess to what is needed, but are knowledgeable and will offer information and quotes on equipment and services.

Crystal Heating and Cooling performed a comprehensive spring tune-up to my home Air conditioning unit. Ronnie Sneed the technician was thorough and informative. I had a great experience from the point of setting up the appointment with office personnel through the actual maintenance performance.

I've used Crystal a number of times and their staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Darren was able to trouble shoot my issue with my AC unit and give me guidance on a few other items.

I called Crystal Heating & Cooling and asked for a free estimate for a new heating and air conditioner. I met with Nick C, an estimator. I am a female, and I am very hesitant when it comes to dealing with a sales person. But, to my pleasant surprise, everything was handled very professionally and felt no anxiety or pressure. Nick explained all thoroughly to me, even educated me on various brands of equipment, their quality, efficiency and comfort features. Compared to the previous estimates, his estimate was very reasonable, honest and complete. Nick answered every question I had. It was just an amazing experience. I wish there are more professionals like Nick C.
