Thanks for Ronnie S. who checked everything out on my A/C and furnace. He pointed out a problem with the wiring inside the system and corrected it. He freely explained tasks as he moved through them efficiently. He figured out the electrical box, which was installed upside-down and mislabeled. He cleaned a nest out of the A/C unit, outside the housed. He did this all without wasting time so I could get to work as soon as possible. Ronnie adds value to your brand.

The service technician was very professional and thorough and was able to diagnose and correct the problem with my system quickly.

Have been a CARE Club maintenance member for about 14 years. They just completed our Spring cleaning today. Crystal H&C actually installed our current Carrier system a few years ago. We have always received first class service from everyone. From Duane G. doing the scheduling to Mark E.'s providing the service. I am particularly pleased with Mark's performance. He is very thorough. I always request that he be assigned to my work and will work around his schedule to make sure we get him.

Cary J., a service technician with Crystal Heating & Cooling, is exceptional! On-time, highly-skilled, thorough and friendly! He has been to our home several times in Park Hills, Missouri to perform the spring and fall services, and has done an excellent job each time. We would not consider having anyone else perform this service.
