For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe explanation is absolutely unacceptableI have no idea what "skip tracing is" however to call a person and leave a message based on a phone number alone claiming to have an account for a bad debt is indeed phishingIts a deliberate attempt to generate a phone call back in order, not to validate as you say the person, but to phish personally identifying information from them to further attempt to defraud themYou DO NOT NEED TO VALIDATE A PERSON WHO YOU HAVE CALLED ON THE PHONE IF YOU HAVE THE DEBT AND CORRECT PERSONOnly fraud companies would try such a thing and criminalsYou indeed are criminals and need to be pushed out of business by citizens tired of scam companies operating with impunityRevdex.com- TAKE ACTION, FORWARD COMPLAINT TO FCC FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe issue isn't how they interacted with me, its that their business is a scamThere are hundreds if not thousands of complaints online of them sending fake bills to people in the hopes that someone will be tricked into paying the fraudulent chargesSome of these people have never even been to the *** site.
*** said that they never sent anything into collections for me. I most certainly asked for verification of the debt, they transferred me after I asked and miraculously the debt had disappearedI believe that this is because they know that someone questioning the debt will know they are scammers and its a way to get me off the phoneWhen you enter the info they give you on the fake bill into their website it doesn't work and it says to call, probably because the fake bills don't exist in any system and they can pressure you into sending them money easier on the phoneThis is a scam and nothing moreI would also like to know how they have an A+ on Revdex.com with so many complaints and 80% negative reviews on the Revdex.com site

of our client and asked him to verify his address and the last four numbers of his social security number. When Mr. [redacted] refused, we informed him that we are verifying this information to make sure that we have the correct consumer on the phone so that we are not disclosing information to a wrong party. conversations, Mr. [redacted] did not dispute the validity of the debt and discussed options to resolve the account. Our client, [redacted] Savings Bank, recalled the account from us on May 30, 2018. Mr. [redacted] sent correspondence requesting validation which was received on June 4, 2018. The account is no longer in our office.
