Revdex.com requested additional information regarding the timeline of events and the following was relayed: The account was placed with our office and the dunning notice was sent on 10/16/2017.  On 10/24/2017, the client notified us that the account was recalled from our office. On 10/27/2017, the consumer called our office, berated the specialist, said we were a scam after he reviewed [redacted] and alleged that we send fake notices to consumers. He hung up on a supervisor and did not request validation. On 10/30/2017, we received his compliant correspondence from the Revdex.com. client requesting validation documentation as well as possible fraud review. We have ceased all activity going forward. [redacted], Inc. has advised us the account was determined to be a case of identity theft and recalled it from our office. Additionally, there is a question related to credit reporting. Please understand that neither American Coradius International LLC nor [redacted], Inc. report consumer information to the credit reporting bureaus. Sincerely, Stephen M. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
1.  The continued harassment has continued EVEN after the it corporate [redacted] supervisor stated she had removed our names.  We had TWO calls within a half hour of her lies.  She is still by any general high school business textbook's definition a "corporate [redacted]" i.e. a person who will say or do anything for the good or betterment of the company at the expense or hurt of the customer.  We received two more calls earlier today. 2.  There was no apology or acknowledgement from her, even when confronted, of her use the an insane profanity against us that would normally be use by a "[redacted]". 3.  There was not apology or acknowledgement from the company of their continued harassment for the past four months.  They do not keep accurate records as some after even lied stating they had never called previously even though the corporate [redacted] would say they were sorry and it would NEVER happen again, but it did.  We are born-again Christians and dare not lie even though their terrorist site does not even follow the Federal Patriot Act and are being reported to the FBI, Homeland Security, and the FCC as a potential terrorist site.  They also lied about the person who wrote their response who I asked 6 times to speak to and was told there was nobody with that name or title at the company.  Therefore, they lied to the Revdex.com when they gave the Revdex.com that information for the Revdex.com's website where many other complaints are registered.  They must pay the Revdex.com very well under the cover like one of their reps told me.  He did state it was not money, but gift certificates, gas certificates, game tickets, restaurant certificates, etc.  No wonder he is the so-called Compliance Manager.  The feds will be informed of his lies. 4.  I trust that God will soon bring judgment upon this terrorist site and that he destroys their business as well as the people who work there.  They would be better off dead than continuing to pollute our great Nation.  It is obvious they are terrorists.  They should return to wherever they came from before God deals with them and He will.  God says on the The Bible (God's Word) "Vengeance is mine.  I will repay."  He will destroy all workers of Satan.

complaint to [redacted], Inc. We understand Ms. [redacted]’s frustrations related to conflicting information she may have received regarding the validity of the account placed with us. We can assure her that we are a legitimate third party vendor contracted with [redacted], Inc. Ms. [redacted] has also suggested there has been a derogatory mark placed on her credit report. Neither American Coradius International nor [redacted], Inc. provide consumer financial information to the credit reporting bureaus. Sincerely, Stephen M. We have been unable to locate any calls placed or from with Ms. [redacted]. Her allegations as they relate to American Coradius International, are not accurate. We have ceased all activity and advised our client that we will not be contacting Ms. [redacted] regarding this account going forward. of her concerns to our client [redacted], Inc. We asked that [redacted] initiate a fraud investigation to determine the validity of the account. [redacted] has advised is that the results of their investigation deemed the account valid and the balance is the result of a reversal. Ms. [redacted] has further alleged our efforts to recover the outstanding balance owed to [redacted], Inc. were a “scam” on our part. I can assure her that the balance is valid, the activity performed by American Coradius International LLC was legitimate. However, based on her assertions and belief she does not owe the balance, we have advised [redacted], Inc. we will no longer work this account. At this point we consider this complaint resolved and completed. The customer was advised that she has more than one account and was instructed to contact the client directly. Her account was closed in our office. We once again refer the customer back to her response from [redacted] dated 4/8/2017 in which she was advised to contact the client for more detailed information. We appreciate the customer may disagree with our response and respectfully suggest she follow up with our client directly going forward.

Thank you for forwarding the correspondence from Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]. We did receive a complaint previously from the Revdex.com for this customer on April 22, 2015 however at that time the complaint had insufficient information in order to identify the account. The additional information provided in this recent complaint allowed us to identify the account. A review of the account revealed that the customer did call and advised we have reached an incorrect party, at which time we removed their phone number and placed it on our Do Not Call (DNC) list. However, it may take up to 24 hours to process a DNC request and during that time another call was launched. We have reviewed the account and have removed Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] phone numbers and they will not receive any further communications from American Coradius International LLC. We apologize for any inconvenience Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] may have received as a result of our contact. As a third party debt collection agency, we do not own the account and we cannot zero the account balance. Closing the account with a zero balance is the responsibility of the creditor, [redacted] Credit.
