Please see the attached response. We have closed the account and our client has confirmed the account was opened fraudulently.

We appreciate Ms. [redacted] concerns and request. Unfortunately, American Coradius International is not the account holder/owner and does not report consumer account information to [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] must make her request directly to the client in order to have this request processed.

Mr. [redacted] refused to provide this information. Because of his refusal, we were not able to continue with a conversation regarding an account placed in our office. During this conversation, Mr. [redacted] requested no more calls. We placed his telephone number in our Do Not Call list and cease all further activity. Sincerely, Stephen M. correspondence was received and processed in our office November 28, 2015. In accordance with his wishes, we notified our client of his request for validation of the account. Additionally, in his letter, he requested no more calls. As a result of this request, we have ceased all activity. we immediately ceased all activity
and notified our client, [redacted] Credit of the customers concerns. Please note, the customer’s account was opened prior to our
client’s rebranding from [redacted] to [redacted] Credit. The following is
information supplied by our client the better assist customers in understanding
the rebranding transition.  “Please be advised that as of
August 1, 2014, [redacted]® was rebranded to [redacted] Credit. This was
purely a product name change and had no impact on how your Account functions.
 The lender for [redacted] Credit Accounts is still [redacted] Bank and Accounts will continue to be serviced by [redacted],
Inc.  Further, a change in terms notice was sent to [redacted] account
holders describing the changes to the [redacted] Terms and Conditions,
including the rebrand of the product name to [redacted] Credit.  The new
[redacted] Credit Terms and Conditions became effective as of August 12, 2014.”  Additionally, the customer has expressed concerns related to
credit reporting and an inquiry by ACI on her credit report. Please note, the
inquiry by ACI was in response to the account placed by [redacted] Credit. It is a
Marketing Inquiry and is not visible to anyone other than the customer and ACI.
Additionally, [redacted] Credit does not currently report customer financial
information to the credit reporting bureaus. This is why the account does not
appear on her credit report. As a result of a review of Ms. [redacted]’s concerns, [redacted] Credit has advised us there are no signs of suspicious activity. However, the
account has been recalled from our office and future attempts to resolve the
outstanding balance have ceased. We apologize for any inconvenience caused as a result of our
attempts to contact Ms. [redacted] and appreciate her notifying us regarding her
suspicion of possible fraud. If you should require additional information or have any

Ms. [redacted] was contacted regarding her [redacted] Trust account placed in our office. She has...

been making regular monthly payments on an interest bearing account. It is standard operating procedure for our representatives to make scheduled contact with customers that have a payment plan arrangement to inquire if they have the ability to increase their monthly payment. Increasing monthly payments helps reduce the balance at a faster rate. Further, we encourage customers to use their tax refunds to pay down existing debt as this too allows them the opportunity to pay down their balance and/or take advantage of seasonal offers presented by our clients; such as reduced balance settlement offers. We appreciate Ms. [redacted]’s concerns, however the conversation referenced in her correspondence was handled in a professional manner. If a customer cannot take advantage of opportunities to increase scheduled payment amounts or a reduced balance settlement, that is acceptable and documented in the account notes. We apologize if Ms. [redacted] believes our actions were unprofessional. The offers presented to her were in her best interest, despite her thoughts to the contrary. We will continue to accept her monthly payments and may reach out to her in the future to see if her situation has changed to allow her the opportunity to take advantage of future offers. International has not had any direct contact with Ms. [redacted] as of January 25, 2016. The account in question was recently placed in our office (January 12, 2016). Prior to the complaint filed with the Revdex.com, we were not made aware that the account was disputed. As a result of having forwarded a copy of the complaint, [redacted], Inc. has recalled the account and closed it with our office and suspended all activity. We appreciate Ms. [redacted]’s frustration, but must disagree with her assessment that American Coradius International LLC has acted inappropriately. Sincerely, Stephen M.
