Just received my first purchase with this jeweler and at first I was very concerned about them being able to deliver it to me in the time frame I specified The original ring I ordered needed to be made and I needed it in a very short time frame They had mentioned to me that the ring I wanted could not be made in the specified time and if I wanted to have the ring delivered as soon as I needed it, I would have to change to a lesser quality gold since they had that band available sooner Well, turned out there were a lot of complications on their end that made me feel like I would never get what I ordered in the short time frame I needed it in I can tell you, that these guys went way beyond to make sure I got my ring on time I just got it and it's beautiful and I would order from them again They even overnight shipped it to me at no charge to be sure I got it in time and was happy with it It's hard to find businesses that do everything they can to stand by what they promise and they impressed me so much I wanted to write this review

I have had the BEST customer service jewelry experience ever with Dazzling Rock! I found a wedding band style ring on Amazon by Dazzling Rock that suits my intricate engagement ring perfectly! I decided to order 2! Absolutely stunning! I wanted the rings to be pure solid white gold all around So I returned the original rings to Amazon Prime (with the tags still on of course) and now Dazzling Rock are custom making these rings for me! Believe me I sent them so many emails and they replied promptly and were very polite and happy to fulfill my requests with the rings! They even took the time to talk to me over the phone to make sure my rings will be well made in exactly the same model! Beautiful rings! Amazing quality craftsmanship and awesome customer service! Thank you Dazzling Rock! You guys really Rock!

Dazzling Rock is a decent business that does custom work for a great price They are able to give more choices than are readily available otherwise However, the quality isn't the best I've seen, but for the price, is about right The overall size of the pieces may seem deceptive, but are accurately shown on the website If you make sure you compare the dimensions on the site to a ruler to be certain you understand the size the piece you order will actually be, you will be happy Their shipping time estimate was fine, and they provide a great choice of payment options, including Amazon Pay Overall, I think this is a good business
