Trying to return an item
I received a ring I purchased yesterday from Amazon and tried it on and saw that it scratched my other fingers, so I started the return process today and noticed on the reciept that it says restocking fee if tag is missing, wellThere was no tag to begin withSo I called them and the guy 3as incredibly rude and insist that if I return it there will be a $100+ Restocking feeTheir listing says 100% satisfaction guaranteedIt's not fair that I should pay for their mistakeAlso, I never recieved a certification paper
