I order a ring from dazzlingrock through AmazonWhen I received the ring it was much smaller than it looked on the website so I wanted a refundI mailed the ring back and in a couple of days I received an email stating that my refund would be dollars but I paid dollarsI went an email asking why wasn't I receiving my full refund and dazzlingrock stated that the tag was reattached and had scratches which is a LIE! The ring was never worn and there was no purpose for the tag to be removedThe ring is for my fiance that is in a whole other state so he hasn't tired it onOnce I seen the ring I put it back in the box and requested a refundThis company is fraudulent and very unprofessional!
