I purchased what I believed to be a 14k gold diamond ring enhancer; however, when I wear the ring I have uncomfortable itching and redness
In March 2015, I purchased what I believed to be a 14k gold diamond ring enhancer for $774.89; however, when I wore the ring I experienced uncomfortable itching and redness, and my skin became raised in the exact area where the ring satNot realizing that the ring was the culprit for my discomfort at first, I finally concluded that the ring was the sourceUnfortunately, I have a serious allergy to metals not 14k gold or greater (and have never had a problem with this metal before)In July 2016, I inquired with DazzlingRock for the process for a refund since I could no longer wear the ringIn response to my inquiry DazzlingRock told me that I would not be issued a refund and that I would need to have the Rhodium plating replaced at an additional $plus shipping
At the time of purchase, I was never informed that the diamond ring enhancer

Defective Expensive Ring
In February, I purchased a ring from this company Approximately months later, a stone fell out When I called the company about it, they said I was outside the warranty window and that eternity rings tend to lose stonesI responded, why are you not advertising that in your product information? I received a replacement stone in the mail and that was it
Now again another stone has fallen out of the ring This to me is completely unacceptable This was a very expensive purchase ($600) and I expect more quality and also for a company to stand by their product and not be dishonest

The website is easy to use and customer service was great- I didn't see my ring size on the drop down and they added it immediately! Will update upon receipt of ring
