Bought a semi mount for a 1.31ct cushion cut stone I had..found a setting on their siteI was in contact with their sales team they created a custom add for my purchase saying they could make it fit my size ring shape and Stone choiceI requested next day shipping as it's been a time crunch for the holidaythe rain was completed and shipped within a week and a halfI received it quickly, that day I took it to my local jeweler to have the stone set, was not the correct size, was not even possible to make it fit without drastic changes to the ringMy jeweler was unwilling to do, talking about cutting brazing soldering butterflying to make the stone fit I promptly returned it there was a $"customization" upcharge I also purchased a $appraisal all money was returned except the appraisal fee...so although the money was returned promptly and was $short I'm still out for the overnight shipping all in all I've lost $on this ring, shipping to and from, plus the missing appraisal fee and the time of getting something done before February 20th today's the 15th...not totally pissed just totally dis-satisfied as I told Dazzling Rock akaKSTAR wholesale stones
