Hi ***, I'm sorry to hear that there's been a misunderstanding. The initial payment was for the bidpack you purchased after signing up for your free accountDealDash operates on the "pay to participate/bid model" so it's required to first purchase bidsWith that said, all customers are
entitled to a 100% money back guarantee on their first bid pack. I've gone ahead and issued a refund for this transactionTypically the processing time is no more than 3-business days, but if you have not received your refund after business days I would recommend contacting your bank directly. reported seeing regarding your BidBuddy. While no extra 'extra' bids have been used or removed from your account, it is obviously confusing and we have deployed a fix for youThis does require you to update the DealDash appWhat was occurring is much easier to explain over the phone."I have credited a 1,complimentary bidpack to your account as we completely understand this has been confusing, upsetting and taken a while to solve from our end

I am rejecting this response because: I have sent them numeral contact support emails and they don't responseI even explained to them that I would send to the the picture showing that Deal Dash did come upwhy I was bidding Several time, I was told I would get back the last two bids, before I purchase the last several bids that I just didI even told them that I would write to you and they refuse to answer my emailsI will send you a copy of the picture showing that there name came up doing my biddingThis site is a scamI purchase so many bids and didn't win anything after the first couple daysI am not at the right computer to attach the pictureI will be back there by the weekend if you could send me and email so I can do soI repeatedly ask for there help, there level bar barely move, this is to keep you purchasing bids, I had over bids and I am still only mid way level because the bar kept freezingI would have has to purchase at least two thousand bids to get to level at the rate it was moving

I am rejecting this response because:
Deal Dash is a scam and that is not readily accessible anywhere on their website.

Hi there, I hope you're having a nice day. It seems there is no DealDash account associated with [redacted]@gmail.com To help us locate your account, please send us any of the following: 1) Alternative email you may have used 2) PayPal email address if used3) Last 4 digits of...

Dear Mrs, [redacted],You are alleging that their DealDash account username and password, and their PayPal account username and password, were obtained by an unknown third party and used on the DealDash website. We can confirm that the device from which the DealDash account was logged into from is the same device, at the same location, as prior logins to this account. This is not something that a 3rd party would be able to mimic, as we have systems in place to uniquely identify individual devices. Therefore, the only possibility that somebody else accessed this account, is if they had physical access to the device. In order to use PayPal, the user is required to log in separately to the PayPal site when attempting to make a payment. This requires the user to enter their private username and password. The only person who has access to this is the PayPal account holder. As payments were made via PayPal, PayPal will be performing their own investigation into the transactions. It is up to PayPal to decide whether or not the PayPal account was accessed by somebody else, or by the owner of the account. DealDash will submit its own evidence as per PayPal guidelines. The DealDash account has been closed to prevent any further payments. As PayPal disputes have already been filed, and the PayPal investigation is underway, it is no longer an option to issue any refunds. This will be handled via the payment processor to determine if they can see that the account was accessed from elsewhere or not.

Hello [redacted],Please find the details of your credit below, and attached. This has been completed from the DealDash side, although can take up to 5 days for your bank to receive and process. You should be able to confirm with PayPal shortly though.Credit Transaction ID: [redacted]Credit Date:...

I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting this response because:I think it’s quite clear that the response just received did, in fact, address absolutely none of the key issues I mentioned in my complaint. They said they refunded some bids, and as I would love to give them the Nobel prize for generosity for that, they didn’t say a word about all the money they have taken from me, the fact that that amount of bids isn’t close enough in any of these other tv auctions, that they literally screwed me out of a SECOND auction that I had rightfully one. so no, I reject this because they didn’t identify or address any of the real issues, that they happily took $1000+ of my money, that they end auctions when I have bids out and award them to others, or that they keep doing it.im dumbfounded at how pathetic, generic, uncaring, and unproductive this “response” was, and I will most certainly be elevating this issue immediately. $1000 is no joke. Losing out on Christmas presents for loved ones because a company/website screws up, essentially blames you and won’t fix it is both infuriating and discouraging for humanity. So I’ll take this to the top and scream it from the mountain tops if they don’t make it right, because it’s discusting what they’re doing and more so disgusting that they couldn’t care less about it.  And if if they think that I don’t have the means or will to bring this to the attention of others in order to prevent them from falling into the same trap, well, I’m excited for them to see just how wrong they are.But to reiterate, HECK no I don’t accept this templated and uncaring response, and unless I’m refunded in full, that’ll be hearing a lot more from me. Even if they actually do the right thing at this point, they’ll be hearing a lot more and getting a lot more attention. That’s a promise.

Please find below the resolution from the DealDash Customer Support team. Two replacement gift cards have been shipped to customer: "Hi [redacted],I hope you are having a nice day. redeemed at the locations we mentioned. Normally, we cannot re-issue gift cards that have been redeemed. However, we do trust your word and believe that the gift cards have not been used by you. We have decided to make an exception and re-order two functioning $50 Safeway cards. They will be on their way to you shortly.I hope this resolution is to your satisfaction. Please let me know if there anything else I can do, I´ll be happy to help.Best regards,DealDash Support"

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/16) */
As stated in the How it Works section of our website, we provide a 100% money back guarantee on your first purchase. This allows anyone to try the site and receive a full refund if not satisfied within 90 days of making the purchase. It also...

mentions that anyone who loses an auction has the option to Buy it Now and get the desired item plus have all used bids returned to try again.
The first bid pack you purchased qualifies for a full refund per our money back guarantee which has already been refunded by our Customer Support team in the full amount of $30.80.
The bid packs purchased after that are not eligible for a refund as all the bids have already been used in an attempt to win a Samsung 40-Inch 4K Ultra HD 60Hz Smart LED TV. You may utilize the Buy it Now option for the TV and have all 5380 bids returned to your account. We have also returned the 220 bids from the first bid pack you purchased to your account for a second chance since you did not win an auction.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/16) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This response did not answered to my concerns and questions. How fair and honest for anyone to spend money on somethings that you are hoping to buy with less price? as soon on their advert which was one of the motivating factor for me to believe in them not there "how it works sections in there website". Unfortunately, I spend more or equal to the amount I would had bought Samsung TV at its market price. Most frustrating for me I loss both my money plus the Samsung as if I was gambling. I never Gamble in my life and if it was stated some where in there terms and condition that its a gamble I wouldn't even try it. loosing $570 just biding for an item that I was hoping to BUY for less price and results costing me for nothing is very disturbing. I loss both my money and the TV. How will they define this for me? initially, I did mentioned Buy it now option wasn't a perk as it also resulted to higher cost and one of the reason I bid is to have it at a lesser price if I could buy it I would have bought it at the retail store.
I understand auction as the higher bidder buy the item, at no cost to the competitors. That is the difference between gambling and auction in my opinion.
thanks
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/07/20) */
As stated on our Terms of Use that our users accept when signing up on DealDash, by registering and using DealDash you understand that you are likely to spend more money than you may receive in merchandise value. Most customers using the site gain less in merchandise value measured in monetary value compared to the amount of money spent bidding to win auctions. Do not buy bids or spend money on the site if you cannot afford to lose the money. DealDash is constantly attempting to maintain fairness and balance in its auctions therefore some new users or users who have lost auctions may receive special promotions, access to special auctions and/or free bids through site features. This is designed to maintain fair practice and helps balance and create a great auction experience for all users.
DealDash is convinced that the entertainment value of participating in its auctions is valued and that paying a premium price for this entertainment value compared to shopping at the lowest priced retailer is fair. We do however strive to give as much merchandise value back to our users as we possibly can while maintaining healthy gross margins. Most customers will not win auctions and you are on average unlikely to save money using the Site.
We recommend that you take advantage of the Buy it Now option as it will return all of your lost bids when used. Most customers who use the Buy it Now remain loyal to the Site far longer than those that do not. By using the Service you understand and agree to this statement.
