I am rejecting this response because:
Deal Dash has ruined my good standing with my Amazon account. They refused to work with me and the quality of many of their items is not what they claim.  They have suspended my account and I believe they have NO right to lay claim to items I have won or purchased. This company is dishonest. I have won kitchen Aid items and computers which I have sold online with no problem.  Then when I attempted to sell nine Adamant Bikes and Verdict products Deal Dash was threatening and blocked my sales. At this point I found out their terms.   Deal Dash claims I was breaking their terms of agreement. I had NO idea I could not do what I please with items I have won or paid full price for.  Deal Dash Does Not Make it Clear to its customers that this is their terms. THIS SHOULD BE ON EVERY AUCTION IN CLEAR VIEW OF ITS USERS THAT THEY MAY WIN AND ITEM OR PURCHASE AN ITEM BUT THEY ARE NOT FREE TO DO WHAT THEY WANT WITH WHATEVER THEY HAVE WON OR Purchased!   After you have spent thousands of dollars on bids and items they attempt to control you.  I have had two calls from paid employees who were hired by Deal Dash to intimidate me.  I have also had their "legal department" a man named [redacted] (which is a fictitious name)  attempt to purchase my items.    Deal Dash's nebulous response is even unclear...they state they are sorry for the inconvenience but they will take "ACTION" and suspend my account (which they have already done)  The bottom line is Deal Dash makes a tremendous amount of money from unsuspecting consumers, while controlling what a consumer wins or purchases after the sale!  THIS IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE MADE CLEAR TO THE PUBLIC!

$2615.08 is the total costs of these flashlights.
I prefer you reimburse me this amount: $2615.08 since I have not received any flashlights yet.
The only other option is to send all the flashlights to me.

I am satisfied with the refund of my funds, even though I do not accept their written response. I was told that they have "sophisticated software" that detected account activity associated with the banned user. The laptop I used was issued to me by my school district in Glendale, WI just days before I joined DealDash. I had not used it, as they had implied, to access information from the School District of Janesville as indicated in their response to me. Regardless, I won't be returning to their site, and my money has been returned, so I'm satisfied.

As stated on our terms of use, our customers are eligible for a money back refund on their first bidpack (within 90 days of purchase) or any full priced unused bids remaining in their account.

I am rejecting this response because: I have provided proof and screenshots of more than one reseller and they are still there doing it. If DealDash was actually fair and honest how can I easily find resellers and their compliance department can not. I will continue to monitor bidding as DealDash instructs you to do to become a better bidder and I will still see the same winners and resellers.  This is the responce they have consitantly provided and nothing so far has changed. I think I deserve all the bids I wasted doing what they told me to do to learn and I know many of the people now who are not playing fair and DealDash knows who they are as well   They are very nice at customer service but do not admit they have a problem and fair and honest should be removed from the sales pitches   with all the bids I wasted proving my point to them for weeks they still come up with excuses and I would take back my bids and use what I’ve learned to see if it is possible to win a large item  I wasted enough that I should in a fair and honest system win a large item with over 3000 bids at least! i really don’t need anything but want to see them change the advertising so other honest people like myself do not get suckered into spending thousands of bids and dollars for a 79 dollar pillow that everyone won for a .01 cent bid but looking it up the next time it was on auction the 15+ people who won it for .01 cents did not show up as winners   I’m sure my dispute will never happen and they will continue to advertise that they are fair and honest when the compliance team is obviously not doing their job
