Always good experiences with Dean's Plumbing
Tech that came out (***) was extremely friendly and helpful and definitely knew his stuff

I do apologize to hear of this situationThis complaint did prompt us to have our attorneys review our contract to ensure that we were in complianceThe end result is that we did realize that we had misunderstood the law in regards to charging restocking fee’s on the entire invoice, instead of the
cost of the materialsIn light of this information we have removed that terminology from our invoices and have issued a full refund for the restocking fee that had been charged Please let us know if there is anything else that we can doThank you

Good, fast service

I called Dean's on a Friday morning when my toilet cloggedI scheduled someone to come out between 12-At 11am I got a call that the plumber couldn't come out today and they couldn't get one to my job until the middle of the following weekThey offered $off serviceI needed my toilet unclogged, not a discount and days laterDisappointed they couldn't find someone in a more timelier manner

The sale and installation of a new furnace was professional and very timely in all aspectsJoe was very knowledgeable and friendly

My experience with Dean's plumbing from scheduling to work completion was exceptionalThe gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very courteous and even though my initial appointment had to be rescheduled, his politeness and professionalism made it very seamlessNate, the repair person, was punctual and very detailedHe thoroughly explained to me all the options and did an extremely good job under difficult circumstancesThis was invaluable for me as a new homeowner getting used to all the entailments of home ownershipI will definitely be using Dean's Professional for all my plumbing, heating and air needs

As I stated in my earlier statement I received nothing from the company from November when the original agreement was made with the companythe next letter I get is in April I have called three timesLeft a message with the after hours machine...no call backCalled again, she said she would talk to the tech and get back to me (I have this recorded also) never got back to meI called a third time after receiving the bill and was told they would get back to meI have sent them a letter and not responseThey have my phone number but won't call me backI have letters, recorded conversations to supply to you the Revdex.com to show the pattern of harassment and lies the company practices

I would recommend Dean's They have a great membership program They had a technician out within hours of my call of my furnace not working (not good in MN!) The technician, *** was informative and knowledable I had to replace my furnace and Glenn was very aware of my household situation He offered space heaters to keep us warm until the new furnace was in, which couldn't be until the next Day Because of his concern for my child with Down syndrome touching the heaters, he called in and was able to get my new furnace in that day
I would highly recommend Dean's, not only for the work they did, but in *** awareness and the company's ability to work around it our needs Great job!

Do not book an appointment with Dean's if your time is important to you
I had a sump pump out with a very wet basement and I was scheduled for the following morningI received a call that morning and was told that they couldn't make my appointmentThe only options they gave me were to either reschedule for the following day or pay an emergency fee to be seen in the eveningEven after a manager was notified, these were the only remediesI would think that they would either wave the emergency fee or offer something else to keep their customer happy

Deans charged me over $to replace a inch section of corroded copper pipe in my basementThey agreed to call me before proceeding with repairs when I called them, and to NOT just ask my wife who was home and unfamiliar with the problem, but then they just went ahead and did the repair without asking me anywayThe most expensive inch section of 3/inch copper pipe out there costs $The pipe was very easy to access and the labor was not substantialWhen I asked them to explain charging me $500, the exact response was, "Well, we're not the cheapest option out there." No kiddingI'll never use Dean's again and I've tried to save as many people as I can from getting screwed over by them as well

Dean's plumbing replaced a garbage disposal for a ridiculous price of $The only reason I agreed was I needed to use the kitchen that weekendThree months later, the new garbage disposal broke
This company is not trust worthy; take your business elsewhere
