I just like to see Deans Professional Plumbing, Heating and Air company is a total scam My heating furnace flame sensor rod wire broke and since it was Sunday I could not get the part I ended up calling Deans to repair it they charge $for the service and plus parts Frist when the service guy arrived said I needed a new furnace because I needed a new circuit board and fan total cost $ Then I told him I just need the flame sensor rod which he quoted me for $where the part only cost average of $ I am writing this review because I do not want anyone to get scammed by these people

Have Dean's come out to do an emergency replacement of my water heater and they did a fantastic jobSpecifically Tim Lfrom Deans did a fantastic job! They were out in an hour, very professional and were able to replace the tank in a short period of timeThe tech who came out did a great job making sure I knew what was going on at all times and really made sure that I was comfortable with the work he did and in how the take operatedI would really recommend these guys

Matt and crew did an excellent job Work was completed in a timely manner, was kept inform on arrival time and Matt did an outstanding job of replacing our year old faucets Would certainly use Dean's Plumbing for any plumbing needs

I would absolutely recommend Deans Plumbing, Heating & Air because of Tyler SThis young man was very nice and professional from the moment he stepped out of the carWe had an outside faucet changed out He gave options that were acceptable and explained of work being done as he did it While I was surprised at the costit was well worth it due to never hiring a plumber in our years of home ownership

Tyler Swas great at explaining the options to replace my yrold water heater He was courteous and clean when installing it and gave me other tips and ideas for future plumbing issues that may arise

I have used Dean's Professional Plumbing for two projects and in each case they have been flawless in delivering a great result on plumbing upgrades and improvements, they've arrived on time, and what I paid was fair and exactly as quoted

I returned home today at 11:AM and discovered puddles in my laundry room I called Dean's Plumbing, Heating & Air and Steve *** arrived minutes later He proceeded to explain that my water heater was leaking from the bottom He did an excellent job of preparing the way for a new water heater He also listed my options for a new one and ordered it immediately
I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems and also Dean's for their promptness in addressing my issue

On 4/18/I called Dean’s Plumbing to report that the outside facet copper tubing had burst over the winterThis had been installed by a Brad at Dean’s Plumbing
I was rather surprised when they said I could have a technician come any time the next dayMuch to my surprise this same Brad showed up at the door at the next morning
He called somebody in the company over the phone and said they told him not to consider it a warranty repair
I told him that I thought it should be repaired by your company because of the poor job done two years ago Then he told me to get someone else to fix my repair and walked out the front door

On 08/27/15, I had a plumber from Deans come to my father's house to do repair on the water main The work they did was thorough and complete They coordinated the work with the city (to turned off the water at the street level), were considerate to the homeowners needs, very knowledgeable, professional, and kept things clean I have no doubts in recommending Dean's Professional Plumping, Heating & Air to anyone

Dean's was quick to respond and made very quick repairs to our plumbing issueErik, our tech, was knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job

On 7/22/I got ripped of for $on a $part, plus the tech entered the wrong part name on the receipt to throw me off, it was a heatwave emergency, so I was in a survival mode, but after watching him put the part in my Lennox central air unit I thought how could this fuse type part cost $477.00, after he was done I did some research on Lennox and found the price for the part $to $he made recommendation for other parts totaling $a fan and blower motor, a new unit only cost $what a rip-offI will never use Dean's again, I am waiting to speak to the owner Dean Altman

Tim from Dean's found and fixed the leak in my roof I happy with the service And the price was reasonable I would use Dean's agin

35/MFD Dual Motor Starter, which is also known as a capacitorA capacitor sends electrical to your compressor and fan to start them and maintain the electrical currentThe part he used was a turbo which is modified to 35/MFD to run your systemIf this were not the correct part for your air conditioner’s issue, it would not currently be workingI apologize if you feel that this repair is fraudulent, however, I am not finding the evidence to support thisYour invoice also had several other options and the one you chose and signed off on was the 35/MFD repair in which it did solve your issues I apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurredI would be more than happy to answer any other questions you may have Regards, Jeremy *** General Manager
