Review: I ordered this product on April 15th, the money was debited from my account that day, and it is still in processing as of this date: April 23rd. They guarantee shipping in 1-5 business daysas per their website. I had to send two inquiries to find out why it hasn't shipped. They said it was in their 'queue.' I want it shipped now or a complete refund. I've dealt with this company in the past and it's a;ways the same thing. I will never deal with them again.Desired Settlement: If they don't ship it by Friday the 25th, 2014 I want a full refund.

Review: I was charged $64.48 on April 7/2014 for a brake rod + shipping and handling for my motorcycle, it was never shipped and my money wasn't returned. I've emailed Debrix twice and have never recieved any answer.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back.

Review: I placed an order nearly a month ago from this company. Their shipping policy indicated that my items should have shipped to me in less than 5 days. I have received two shipments today both from third party vendors, not Debrix. On closer inspection, I noticed that the order receipts indicated that the orders for the parts were not placed (with the third party vendors) until after I filed a claim with PayPal and threatened action with the California Revdex.com. This seems to have been done as a reaction to the two instances. There is no telling how much longer until the orders would have been placed without complaints. Seemingly, this is a common issue with the company according the the Revdex.com and customer reviews. The total time to receive the parts exceeded the company's policy even for international orders by over a week when I am located in the same state as the company. At this point, I have lost money as these parts were intended for a motorcycle I was building for another individual and was unable to complete the project per the projected date I had promised as I just received the parts today, almost two and a half weeks longer than the site quotes. Further I was not allowed to cancel the order when it first surpassed the policy date as it had supposedly shipped at that time. Beyond the companies misrepresentation of shipping times and false advertisement regarding the same, the chrome parts I ordered arrived with fine scratches and a small dent. This is most likely due to storage and handling prior to or during shipping. At this point, I will find a use for the parts on the next project on my agenda after having the parts refurbished. I would prefer not to have to deal with this company's poor customer service and have filed an escalated claim with PayPal in addition to this claim with the California Revdex.com. Furthermore, I refuse to do business with this company from this point forward.Desired Settlement: I desire a partial refund in the amount of $45.00 as I have received the parts but not in the condition desired or within the timeline stated by the company.

Review: On 3-25-14 placed order and paid with PayPal account. On 4-1-14 sent email for update on order, Debrix response was they would send me tracking information when shipped. On 4-7-14 send email to either ship the items ASAP or refund my PayPal account. On 4-9-14, Debrix response was the order was ready to be shipped. I responded to them, then ship the item ASAP. As of 4-16-14 have not received tracking number for shipping and they have stopped replying to my emails. This the first time that I have purchased from Dexrix and so far it has not been a good experience. Over the last few month I have purchased many Harley item over the internet from other warehouse suppliers and every item that I have purchased has shipped in a few day. At this time I would never purchase from them again or recommend them to any one.Desired Settlement: Ship the parts ASAP or refund my PayPal Account ASAP. As they have no telephone contact number, I emailed on the 13th Feb to ask for an update as on my account profile it was still listing my order as at "processing stage". I recieved no response. I then emailed a second time on the 18th Feb to again ask for an update on the parts and when or if they were going to be shipped. Once more I had no response whatsoever. I then emailed a third time last week. I cant find an existing phone number for contact.

First off, I ordered an item said to ship in 1-5 days. When I emailed them after the 6th day,they back ordered the item, but already took the money out of my account. So I emailed back to cancel the order because they had no time frame on shipment.

Review: I purchased a motorcycle part from this company and it was received after a lengthy time. When the part arrived, it was defective so I contacted the company back for an RMA to return the product. I received the RMA, returned the product, and insured it through the USPS. It was delivered by the Post Office as verified through the insurance receipt. To date the company has neither issued me a refund or contacted me by any method.
