Review: I ordered the item and was billed on 4/18/14. It is now 5/1/14 and I have no status update on the order and no way of knowing it has been shipped after numerous unanswered calls and emails.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the money taken from my account. I do not wish to wait any longer for the item.

Review: Ordered a part. Took longer than 2 weeks to receive. We were unable to contact by phone to speak with customer service. Part finally arrived; however, part is incorrect and need to return it/exchange for correct part. Unable to contact now. Have sent email, called two different #'s listed for them via the Revdex.com web site with no answer. Phone just rings or disconnects. We do not get email reply and we are unable to access their website.Desired Settlement: We prefer to return the part and be refunded. We are willing to pay shipping and handling.

Review: Ordered parts on 3/27/14 still have not received on 4/22/14 the date of this complaint. They took the money from my account the day I put in the order. Sent two emails asking status of order, response is "sorry for delay parts will ship next week." , no answer when calling phone number.Same results as other complainants, waiting for tracking #, which I have never received. I sent a third email demanding a full refund with info that I would file a complaint not only with the Revdex.com, but with FBI for online scams. I also informed them that I will notify ebay because they use ebay to sell items, and local government as I have access to this source through my employer. No response from debrix, and no delivery.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $73.30. Don't care about the part anymore, I can get it from a reputable source without the hassle. I also want this company red flagged as a non-reputable vendor and banned from doing business on the web.

Review: our sales order #[redacted] was to be cancelled and refunded back to our account. spoke to company rep. nov 8th to refund and cancel order. as of 12/12/2013 the credit back to our account has not been issued.tried calling and e-mailing company with no responce. numerous times.right now debrix cycle is ignoring my efforts to contact them.Desired Settlement: refund back to our account. e- mail credit invoice to us.

Review: Purchased part in December as a Christmas gift. Waited for close to a month and began sending multiple emails asking for an update. Product never received so process a dispute with bank on 2/7. Received part a few days later so cancelled the dispute. Contacted Debrix on 3/1 asking of return process and received an RMA # on 3/2. Shipped package to Debrix on 3/7. Requested refund status updates on 3/25 and 3/28 and no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the money refunded since they received the package in new condition back on 3/14. It has been more than 10 business days.

Review: Ordered a product with Debrix cycle on Jan.9th, They contacted me on Jan. 15th, to the fact that my order was back ordered and to advise. I stated I would like a refund in the amount of 59.99 and was told they received my instructions and would refund. I have E-mailed them six times with no response, tried calling the same. This is now Feb. 20th and would like action to be taken.Desired Settlement: Just Refund my money.

Review: I received an email from debrix back on April 8th with a confirmation number of my order. As of today (6/20) I have not received the product or a reply email explaining why.Desired Settlement: Refund the payment back into my PayPal account.

Review: I ordered a set of mirrors, code#34-1069-VT, order # [redacted], on 04/03/2014 @ 01:59PM.On 04/04/2014, $78.73 was charged to my visa account. Received an e-mail saying that the tracking # will be sent to me when item is shipped. On 04/12/2014 sent an email wondering why I never received the tracking # e-mail. On 04/17/2014 got a response from Madison saying there was a delay, and that when the item was shipped an e-mail would be sent with tracking number. Never received the # or the item. On 04/23/2014 tried to contact company @ www.debrix.com and got reply bad request (invalid hostname). Tried to contact company at 714 277 7498 and never got an answer. On 2/26/2014 I received an e-mail from them saying that the item I purchased was on back order for 2-3 months. Review: On March 27 I purchased a pair of foot controls for $434.44 using my MasterCard. The product was supposed to ship in 1-7 business days. The package has not arrived as of today, April 22, and my Debrix 'account page' continues to indicate that the order is in the 'processing' stage. I have made several attempts to contact Debrix via e-mail, however, each attempt is returned as undeliverable. I have also attempted to contact Debrix via telephone and have left several messages but have not received a return call.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund for the purchased amount of $434.44.Debrix's stated refund policy is that they have an,"unconditional return policy on all NEW items purchased. I need this part to continue my project and not having this part is holding up it's progress. I wish I would have checked into Debrix Cycles on the internet because they have a very poor reputation of not shipping the items purchased.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to my PayPal account so I can move on and purchase this item from another supplier. I planned on purchasing more items from Debrix Cycles but not after this lack of customer service. I still need the part for my project.

Review: I paid $311.58 for a set of throw over leather bags. I placed the order on Saturday, April 19th. On Monday, the 21st, my checking account was debited the money. However, as the middle of the week came, I attempted to call Debrix only to find out that their number was no longer working. I also found out that their website was no longer working. And after reading some of the comments on the Revdex.com website, I know now that I have been stolen from. It is now Friday the 25th and my bags have not arrived with no way of contacting these thieves. I do not expect them to arrive nor do I expect to get my money back unless there is a way to contact them. If the Revdex.com is able to do something to help me, I would like a settlement. I would also like to see them prosecuted. I work too hard and I have too little for someone to stiff me. Review: On March 22, 2014 I ordered a Alternator Rotor Clutch Shell Assembly for a 1984-1990 Harley XL Sportster. The order was confirmed and they asked if I had a physical address that could be used for shipping. I am stationed overseas and get my mail through a PO Box and they confirmed that they would ship the part. After 4 weeks, I contacted the company to inquire about a shipping confirmation number, they responded and informed me that the part had not shipped and would go out on April 30, 2014 and I would receive an email with a confirmation number. It has been 3 weeks with no email, no part and Debrix Cycles does not return my emails regarding this matter and the phone number listed does not work. I want a refund of the full amount taken from my account.Desired Settlement: I want the full amount of the part and shipping cost refunded to my credit card, $355.87. I do not want the part.

Review: I placed the below order on 4/16/14. As of today 4/29/14, I still have not received the item ordered. I contacted the company on 4/21/14 and was advised that my order would be shipped on 4/22/14 and I would receive a tracking number via email, which was not received. I contacted the comapny again on 4/23/14 and was advised that my order would ship on 4/25/14. I had advised the company that if they could not ship the order on 4/25/14 as promised I then requested that a refund be made. On 4/28/14 I still had not received any shipment information. I again sent another email to the company asking if my order had been shipped and if it had not been to please proceed with my refund. I have yet to receive a response back from the company as of today 4/29/14. I also tried to visit their website again to login to the account I made and their website is no longer active.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of 109.72.
