Review: Recently I made 2 orders with this company. My first order was on 3/10/2104, order # [redacted] and my second order was made on 4/11/2104, order # [redacted]. In total I order 14 parts but I have only recieved 1 to date. My total order amount is $274.92. I have been waiting patiently for these parts and I have attempted to contact the company without success. It is apparent the company has no intention of sending the parts or giving me back my money, which is why I'm here.Desired Settlement: I would gladly accept a refund, but would much more prefer the parts. Either of these two situations would be acceptable to me.

Review: I ordered on the Internet on their site on 16/04/2014 a room(part,play) for my motorcycle numbers of command(order) [redacted] for a 626.82-dollar amount, and I n always received nothing, nor numbers of follow-up usps and 626.82 dollars one sold(produced) by my account.Desired Settlement: 4) I wish to receive as quickly as possible my command(order) or to be to pay off under 1mois!

Review: On2/23/14 placed an order. my account was chargedfor the full amount. Then a week later they said some parts were back ordered. A few weeks go by an I recieved some parts. E-mailed them , and they telling it is still on back order.At this point I ask them if the part is not in ,in 2 weeks to refund the $126.99 + shipping. They said the part is now no longer available. They said on 4/23 14 they would send a refund. Review: Ordered a rear wheel and rim strips on March 20th 2014 worth $289.98 plus shipping and handling at $54.56 for total of $344.54. Emailed Debrix cycles, and they responded with they would ship today which is April 4th. Checked my status and email and it still says processing. My account has been charged for the full amount.Desired Settlement: I would just like my wheel and strips in some type of timely fashion. When a company says the item is in stock and they will ship within 1-7 business days, they should honor that statement weather on the phone, email, or on their website.

Review: I placed this order 4 weeks ago and I cannot contact anyone at this company for an update, I tried email and calling the number I found here on the Revdex.com site.No response to an email several days ago and no answer at the phone number listed.Desired Settlement: I want my order delivered in a timely manner or a refund asap.At the very least answer emails and phone calls.If there is going to be a delay just contact your customer most of us will understand but not knowing drives us crazy.

Review: I ordered a product that was no longer available from their supplier and they promised that they would refund the money and they never did.

I purchased a set of motorcycle arms & mirrors on December 6th on their site. On the 9th they emailed me to let me know that the parts were on back order and that t would take 1-2 weeks before I received them and if I wanted to wait or cancel. I replied on the same date saying that I could wait. On the 11th they emailed me back to let me know that the products were discontinued and asked what I would like to do next. On the same day I replied back since they no longer carry it that I would like to cancel the order. On the 12th they replied back that they would cancel the order and credit the amount back to my account. They never credited the amount to my account and I emailed them back on the 23rd asking them when they would credit the amount of 210.97 back to my account. They never replied back. I called them on the phone listed for them on this site today and it was disconnected. [redacted] at Debrix is the last person that emailed me about refunding the amount to my account.

Review: Initially ordered a gas tank that was on back order. Contacted and cancelled order then ordered another tank and received the tank on 24 Jan 2014. The tank has a dent in the left side and I have emailed numerous times requesting a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) as per the company's return policy. I have yet to see any response. Also, in between the emails requesting this information I emailed asking for a phone number to speak to someone directly, I received the following response: Hello [redacted],In order to expedite our customers inquiries, we prefer to handleeverything via email.This allows us to keep better track of everything.Thanks for your understanding.take care,-valwww.debrix.comI have sent 3 emails requesting the RMA# since that response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, less the shipping, as per their return policy.

We have issued RMA #[redacted] on 3-Feb-2014 for the return attached with prepaid return label for 12Lbs.

Customer emailed yesterday that the label sent did not cover the entire cost of the shipping required.

We email him to ignore the label for 12lbs because we will be sending new label for 15lbs.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

The postage sent was insufficient for the freight. They sent me another for 15 lbs and it was still insufficient for the package. After emailing again, they stated the would be sending a label with more than enough postage (17 lbs) to return the merchandise. I am waiting for the label currently. Once recieved and purchase price (less original shipping) is returned I will consider this issue resolved.

Review: I placed an order #[redacted] on 3/30 for a motorcycle part. My credit card was immediately billed for the product, and shipping charge. I still have not received the item, and the company (Debrix Cycles) will not respond to my emails. The email address is the only means of contact provided on their website! When I located two phone numbers for the company in an attempt to find out what happened to my order, however both numbers had been disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like the charge for the item ($52.99) and the shipping ($16.03) totaling $69.02 refunded to me and would also like to make future buyers aware of the scam this fake company is running.

Review: Seller failed to provide the parts sold, failed to provide a estimated time of shipment or any shipping information. Seller failed to respond to emails attempts. web order number was [redacted] . Order was placed on MAR 18. Seller sold items that they did not have in stock even though it showed in stock. Seller had no idea if parts was available or when shipping might occur. seller had no idea if parts were even available. As of today I still have no information on the order. They shipped one item out of the order but the complete order has not been shipped. I am missing two items.Desired Settlement: I want my parts or a Immediate refund. If I am giving a refund I require all transaction detail to include transaction receipt numbers for the refund as I have read that this company is well known for actions not conducive to a good refund policy.

Review: I ordered a fuel tank and gas caps on 1/20/14. I have not received a shipment or email of the delay. It's been almost a week since I sent an email regarding product shipment, or delays and they did not respond, today is 2/17/14. I have looked at "My Account" on their website and the status is still the same as when I placed the order(Order Status:processing) and it hasn't changed. They did charge $210.96 from my credit card the same day I placed the order.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a refund. I do not want to deal with them at all. If parts are damaged, it would be a nightmare to deal with the sellers of the product.

Review: I ordered some gas tanks they charged my credit card gave me a purchase order number, and sent me a email confirmation of order. I tried to go to their website to check on tracking and the site is closed down. I sent a email via reply from the email I received asking them to either ship product which was ordered 4-15-2014 or refund my money. I have not received a response and it has been a week. I don't care whether they want to send product or refund my money, I would just like them to do something.Desired Settlement: send product purchased or refund money including shipping charges
