Review: Back in July of 2013 my husband ordered 2 parts from this company we were advised at the time that the gas tank was on back order and asked if we wanted to wait. I advised the company that we would wait as he really wanted this tank. After a few months we had not heard from them so I emailed them and asked what the status is they advised it was still on back order, again my husband wanted to wait. In Dec. 2013 we emailed them again and were advised it would be end of Jan before it would be avail. On Jan 30 2014 I emailed them and they advised me they would check with the supplier and get back to me, as of Feb 10 2014 I have not received an email back I have asked for a phone number to call them but still nothing we want a refund at this point as they have poor customer service when getting back with you or keeping you updated on the status of your order. We can't even pull our order up on their site any longer.Desired Settlement: FULL refund

Review: I ordered a part from this company on 12/7/13 and at the time of the online order my credit card was charged for the part including shipping. On 1/12/14 I emailed them (the company has no published phone number) asking them to put a trace on my order since I hadn't yet received it. The next day I received a reply saying that my order was ready to ship, and that I would be sent a tracking number when it shipped. I received nothing, and on 1/24/14 I emailed them for a status update and received no response. On 1/27/14 I emailed them once again for a status update to which they responded to on 1/27/14, which was a Thursday, stating that my order couldn't be shipped until the following Monday and asked if they should proceed with the order. After being given nothing but misinformation through this whole process, I decided to cancel the order. They responded on 1/30/14 that my card would be refunded. I have not received any refund to date, and my multiple email requests for information as to when the refund would be processed have not been answered. I have just read at least 6 other Revdex.com complaints that occurred in the last 4 months that are almost identical to mine, so it is apparent that they have no intention of handling this situation on their own. I don't see the difference between this and outright criminal activity. This is nothing more than credit card fraud.Desired Settlement: I expect the $246.88 I was charged for my 12/7/13 order and shipping, that was never shipped, to be refunded to my credit card.

Review: I ordered some parts back in Feb. A month later I emailed to check on the status of my order and to cancel one of the items that I ordered. I got a response back that they would cancel the item and refund me and get the rest of my order shipped out to me soon. It is now almost 2 months later, I finally received my parts, but still have not received a refund for the cancelled item. Review: I placed an order with debrix cycles on 2/19/14 and payed with Pay Pal. They stated that items would ship in 1-5 business days (7 days in some cases). On about 2/25 I sent a message asking where my order was(no shipped info) They replied sorry for delay and will ship mid next week. On 3/5 they shipped 1 of the 2 items ordered, the other is being drop shipped with no other info. On about 3/10 I sent message asking where shipping info was. They replied 3/12, sorry for delay, will ship tomorrow and will send info first thing in A.M. On 3/17 sent message where is order? They replied, once they get tracking# they will send. Sent 2 more messages with no response. (I filed a complaint with Pay Pal on 3/14 and they would give them until 3/24 to resolve issue) On 3/20 I received message that item was shipped. I received item 3/24 (The last day they had)I have never had issues like this with any other business in my life and would advise everyone that runs across this place to keep running. I would also like to mention that while I was waiting for these parts I did some research and found everyone else selling these parts had them in stock and ready to ship. This includesthe main distributor of these parts, so it's not like they were on back order. I gave up on seeing this part . They have no phone # . Review: I placed an order on 2-18-14. I sent an email asking if it had shipped yet on 3-06-14. I received a reply stating that the order was in the shipping queue and I would receive a tracking number when it shipped. I sent another email on 5-06-14 and did not receive a response. Review: Placed order on 3/27 for two items for a total of $246.87. I was notified by debrix on 3/31 that one of the items was out of stock with there supplier. I asked to have the order cancelled on 4/1 and received a response on 4/1 saying they would cancel the order and issue me a refund. on 4/1, 4/7, 4/14 and 4/21 I send emails requesting information on when I would receive my refund. it is now 5/7 and I have yet to get a response to the emails or get my refund back. this is very poor business practice and people should not have to go thru so much to get a refund when a service is not rendered as promised.Desired Settlement: a full refund of $246.87 as per the email.

Review: I placed an order on the Debrix.com website on March 26th 2014 at 6:21 pm for a 2" Stretched sport bob gas tank order number [redacted]. I did recive confirmation that my order was recieved and my bank account was debited for 377.13. On April 3rd I sent an email asking for status of my order. On April 4th I recived a response that my order will be shipped on April 9th 2014 and I would recieve a notification email. April 11th I sent another email asking for status, on April 14th I recived a response statung that my revised ship date was April 18th, 2014. On April 21st. I sent yet another email asking for status of my order, they responded on the same day advising me that my order was to be incldued in the parcel that was to arrive on Wednesday April 23, 2014. On 4/28 I sent another email checking on status and I have yet to recieve a response. When I try to log on to the website I get a message stating the web page could not be found. When I try to call the customer service number 1-714-277-7498 it rings a couple of times and then disconnect. Review: ordered an exhaust system on 02/28/2014 part #MB004PCC-MCA an the money amount of $813.84 for the part and shipping was taken out of my account almost right away. Waited for about 2 weeks an no response for when it was being shipped. I then emailed them on 03/10/2014 to find out when it was going to be shipped. They emailed me right back saying it was back ordered an asked how I would like to proceed. I responded I didnt mind waiting a few weeks because I really like that exhaust an couldn't find it anywhere else.
