We have always had positive experiences with Rodenhiser (for heating, cooling and plumbing) and our visit from plumber, *** *, was especially excellent, as he was very knowledgable, helpful and supportive We had a challenging situation with our kitchen faucet, specifically getting hot water from our kitchen faucet Joel was extremely patient with my many questions and tried several solutions, keeping in mind my concerns about cost He did everything he could to make the repair affordable, and he provided us with excellent quality appliances (*** at a very reasonable rateHe also answered many of my questions about several other services I had been considering, including a water filtration system and a new water heater, and explained how I could finance those services with zero percent interest He shared with me what he uses in his own home, which is information I greatly appreciate and value I would highly recommend Rodenhiser and Joel to my family and friends

Had great service yesterday from Richard Fi*** and Mark M*** to repair a heating valve and do an annual plumbing inspectionBoth were thorough, efficient and did not pressure to do more work than I wanted

Our scheduled maintenance was scheduled, confirmed and performed very professionally by Rodenhiser!
After setting up the appointment, I got a confirmation call the day before and *** arrived within the window as arranged*** was very professional, courteous and thorough in performing the maintenance on our A/C system He told me how long the service would take and was spot on in his timeframe *** is a great representative of the company!!

I had an excellent service from Alex D and Patrick D I had to replace my entire evaporator coils and although it took longer than usual to receive the part from the manufacturers, Rodenhiser was sympathetic and extremely helpful and understanding Alex stopped by to refill my refridgerant to see me through the extreme hot weather we had in June/July so that I can use my AC It took almost 6-weeks for delivery and Alex came to replace the coils asap He was in the house all day! Service was professional, efficient and very detailed Alex came back to make sure the system was running 110%! He was not satisfied until it was perfect! I am extremely happy with Rodenhiser and their professional staff and white glove service I have referred them to my friends and neighborsI have subscribed to a maintenance service for my: Heating/AC/Plumbing and Electrical and the entire service has always been exceptional Thanks Rodenhiser for your excellent service!

Having seen Rodenhiser trucks many times over the years, we contacted them for three reasons: (1) a replacement of a water heater which had a crack in the outer lining, (2) our cold water faucets were delivering only hot water and (3) a washing machine shut-off valve was leaking A plumber came who advised that a new water heater would be in the vicinity of $6, He then directed his attention to our furnace which was next to the water heater and proceeded to state that it was years old, might "go at any time" and we should consider getting a newer efficient one that would be in the vicinity of $10, An appointment was set for someone to come to discuss the new furnace
He then fixed the leaking shut-off and gave us a "discount" for buying a yearly service plan; the total paid to him was $
After he left, we contacted another plumber as we felt $6,for a new water heater was a bit excessive This plumber came and advised that we had a "*** ***" water heater

During our annual service, Alex, the technician was thorough and explained everything he did, what to watch out for, and things to consider for the future in maintaining our system He was a pleasure to work with

I had a water heater that needed to be replaced and they came within three hours of my call*** and *** did a great job not only with the work but keeping us in the loop with the options available and what we needed to be concerned about Wholeheartedly recommend them

We always receive excellent service from the Rodenhiser technicians Today Alex Dserviced the AC units He did an excellent and thorough job, and was very professional He spent extra time ensuring that one of the units did not have a coil leak and explained the whole process very clearly He also referred to past notes from other technicians, this is the type of experience and approach everybody wants

*** * is polite and competent He solved our A/C problem after a short diagnostic test and confirmed all other remaining vital signs of the system He made constructive and helpful suggestions regarding the thermostats, which we plan to implement for extra
protection of the compressor The system is working flawlessly

I had the pleasure of working with *** from Rodenhiser regarding a slightly unusual basement moisture problem and reconfiguration of a washer dryer install Rapid response to evaluate the problems with workable solutions at a reasonable cost I have signed a service agreement with them
