Chris H [redacted] came today to install a new kitchen sink faucet/sprayer and to give me feedback on some other work I will have completed in the future He was early for the appointment, very personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and informative He also was reasonable with information, advising/suggesting ideas that would potentially cost me less than ideas I had Very pleased with his excellent performance

Can always count on them for coming out less than 24hrs after I called They are thorough and take the time to explain what they are seeing They wear those "socks" over their shoes which is great! Tech [redacted] came out to my house to fix what turned out to be an air lock in my heating systemHe was very courteous and professionalHe even took the time to cover his shoes so he wouldn't track in dirt! He was very thorough in checking the systemHe clearly and patiently answered my questions about my heating system, and was an excellent source of information about possible upgrades to an old boilerI was very pleased with his service, and would recommend him to anyone because of his knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy

For starters, I used this company once, about months ago, and the service from start to finish was excellent months later, I began having trouble with my heating system; an issue unrelated to the issue for which they previously visited my homeAs I write this, I am currently having issues with my boiler The thermostats call for heat, and some heat is delivered, but not enough to raise the temperatures above 65-degrees I used their chat around 1PM today, and they advised me that they needed to have someone call me to discuss the very simple question I had regarding their service plans Fine, I waited until around 1:30PM for them to call back; not too bad all things considered Unfortunately, the person who called was just a switchboard operator for the company and placed me on hold while trying to locate the appropriate person for me to speak with I got the bad news that said person was on another call at the moment, but would call me back once they got off the lineWhy did they call me back if the person I need to speak to was busy? Why did that person not call me back after hours? I tried calling them, but was on hold without speaking to a real person for minutes before hanging up I returned to their online chat to find answers and explain my frustration After another minute chat I was advised that someone would reach out to me "soon." After another hour and a half passed without a phone call, I AGAIN returned to the chat and explained my situation; that I have a month old at home and we can't get the temp above 65-degrees for the past few days They refused to put a supervisor on the chat line stating that that wasn't possible They advised me that I could call their number to speak to someone if I wished They again assured me that I would receive a call shortly and after patronizing me saying that I shouldn't have to "stay in that cool home any longer" it has been minutes without any follow up from their companyI guess they must not want repeat customers

Exceptional professionalism and knowledge displayed by their HVAC Consultant [redacted] Rodenhiser displayed a level of courtesy and care to myself that was well beyond what the other HVAC company's offeredI would highly recommend [redacted] and this company to anyone looking to make heating or AC upgrades to their home

Rodenhiser is at the very top of our list of companies to use for any of their many services From the person who answers the telephone to every technician, etc are very smart, communicative, nice, interested - the full package Everyone From Rhodenhiser who has come to our home have been superior in every wayOur most recent contact was with one of their electricians Jonathan C [redacted] He is highly intelligent and well informed; has excellent suggestions and alternative ideas; takes plenty of time with you and is just a wonderful, nice person It will be a real pleasure having him return to do future work Rhodenhiser should be very pleased to have such an exceptional employee

Had Rodenhiser in to do a burner cleaning, and they were fantastic Personable, knowledgeable, and friendly [redacted] and [redacted] are the type of people who you will ask for on your next service call to make sure they are ones who will learn your system and continue to work with you long term The company is very successful, and they obviously hire very good people

[redacted] of Rodenhiser serviced our Air Conditioning unit today He arrived and introduced himself, explained what he would be doing, and answered a couple of questions I asked He was extremely courteous, well spoken, and easy to talk toI feel he did an excellent service job on a very hot day! He explained my need to keep the shell of the outside unit a little cleaner and made sure to was clean before he leftI felt very comfortable with [redacted] in our home and would appreciate his service in the future [redacted] ***

I have a Rodenhiser maintenance contract and have been very happy with the service My AC maintenance technician was Ryan T [redacted] , and he couldn’t have been more pleasant and professional His work was thorough, and he spent considerable time ensuring everything was in working order I would recommend their work any time

Had service yesterday with Daniel C [redacted] He was very informative regarding questions I had and he was also extremely efficient in regards to the maintenance he performed
