Rodenhiser technician *** *** was very courteous when he came to evaluate and repair our a/c system He arrived on time, explained the situation and quickly made the repairs His professionalism was greatly appreciated

Our heating system broke down during the "*** ***" of Feb 13-Feb14, Of the HVAC companies we called, Rodenhiser was the one who could be there before othersOur experience with the tech from Rodenhiser, *** *was the best we have ever hadHe was on time (truth be told before the scheduled time) and very cordialHe was very clean and neat at work and more importantly, he seemed very knowledgeable*** ** IS A TRUE PROFESSIONALThe one thing that we didn't like about this experience was the price: we were charged $for a capacitor that one can buy elsewhere for about $and that can be replaced in less than minutes

The company that installed our AC system last year made some serious errors and we were left with a loud whistling sound when the system was on After several visits to resolve the problem, we were told that we needed a $addition to our already overpriced system We called a second company for another opinion and they charge nearly $just to take a look at the system so we declined their services Then a search on *** led us to Rodenhiser For a $charge, they came the next day and looked over the system Our technician, Gary, found that the filter was filthy and cloggedHe switched for a clean filter and removed some loose debris that was partially blocking the airwayHe then taped up areas of the system that were not sealed properly and were drawing air from the attic instead of the houseNow our system is working more efficiently and quietlyWe are considering having them enlarge our return ventThey have definitely won our loyalty and trust Gary was super efficient and very personableHe explained the workings of the system which was a great help Couldn't get any better I have already recommended Rodenhiser to my daughter

Just had our year old boiler and our year old water heater replaced by ***, *** and *** from RodenhiserThey also installed a ductless heat/air conditioning system with three head unitsThis was a day job These guys put in some long days, especially the first, and did a great jobThey showed up on time each day Their work was very neat and the entire process was very impressiveBeginning with the initial sales visit the guys at Rodenhiser have been top notch This continued through a thorough explanation of the systems and the required maintenanceThey have even taken care of the completion and submission of all rebate paperwork and the inspection scheduling

Rodenhiser Plumbing is awesome! When my ac conked out last summer during the hottest week, not only did they respond immediately but also delivered a portable unit for me to use until,the installation of my new system was completedI have used their services for other issues and each time the people are extremely helpful and get the job done to my satisfactionI will continue to call them when I need help and highly recommend them for heating, plumbing and ac needs
