I had a water issue at home, Not enought hot waterI Live in Central MAI called Rodenhiser and set up an apptTech arrived early morningAfter1/hour of service to tweak something to get more hot water tech comes with a $billThat should not beI understand I am paying for a service, but $is a total rip offNot going to do business with them anymore ever and I will tell my friends and family to stay as far as away from this companyI should have called the local guy that advertises at the local newspaperLive and learn
Problem is they do not tell you in advance how much they will be charging you
you have been warned hereExpect a huge bill for small repairs

The company that installed our AC system last year made some serious errors and we were left with a loud whistling sound when the system was on After several visits to resolve the problem, we were told that we needed a $addition to our already overpriced system We called a second company for another opinion and they charge nearly $just to take a look at the system so we declined their services Then a search on *** led us to Rodenhiser For a $charge, they came the next day and looked over the system Our technician, Gary, found that the filter was filthy and cloggedHe switched for a clean filter and removed some loose debris that was partially blocking the airwayHe then taped up areas of the system that were not sealed properly and were drawing air from the attic instead of the houseNow our system is working more efficiently and quietlyWe are considering having them enlarge our return ventThey have definitely won our loyalty and trust Gary was super efficient and very personableHe explained the workings of the system which was a great help Couldn't get any better I have already recommended Rodenhiser to my daughter

GREAT experience with *** ** from Rodenhiser today Makes a bid difference when someone shows up at your house and actually explains how the HVAC system works in your house and why He also educated me on how to make small manual adjustments to moderate the airflow to each room Wish I knew that years ago!
