I had Rodenhiser install a ductless ac system at my home todayThe technicians ***, ***, and *** We're wonderfulThey were on time, very clean, friendly, and hard workingThe whole process went by very smoothly finished the job in less then a day, and the house was spotless when they left very pleased by thatFrom the scheduling at the office, to the salesman determining what I needed for my home, and the technicians who installed the equipment, overall it was a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely use Rodenhiser again, and recommend them to anyone looking to get a heating or ac work done on there home

Our Water Heater was not working correctly, I called Rodenhiser plumbing and was greeted with a friendly voice I believe her name was Michelle and set us up for a same day appointmentChris G*** and Keith L*** were the Technicians that were scheduled, they arrived right on time and were very professional, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable in there workThey thoroughly went thru our water heater and repaired the problemThey were both very neat in appearance and in cleaning upI would be Proud to have Technicians such as Chris and Keith working for my CompanyI have already recommended your business to m Brother - in - law who is looking for someone to repair his water heater also*** ***

Tom Swas very professional and highly knowledgeable when it came to inspecting my heating and cooling systemHe went above and beyond the job by offering to make some adjustments to one of the covers that went on a vent in the floor and now I am able to use it again!
My one reservation about giving this a five star review was that he arrived after the scheduled time windowI had booked an appointment in the 7-window and he arrived well after 9:I will say that this was the ONLY time in my four years of working with Rodenhiser that has ever happened and when I called the main office to see if he was still in route, the woman I spoke with could not have been nicer or more helpfulThe customer service Rodenhiser provides is simply outstandingI would recommend them to anyone I know

Tim Lfrom Rodenhiser came to our home to service our central air conditioning He arrived on time and was very polite and respectful of our home He wore clean "booties" over his shoes so he didn't track dirt through my house to access the attic He found the problem and fixed it real time I will definitely call Rodenhiser again and I would highly recommend them

Alex was recently here to do the first year service on a instant on hot water systemI had some questions and and what I thought might be an issue Alex listened and deciphered what I was trying to explain Went and did his servicing thing and came back up to discuss that there was a setting he adjusted that was at one end of the allowable range and why he did this and the expectation Which worked Talked through the other question and reminded me on how the system was designed and added a suggested thermostat setting change Alex was very clear and understandableAn excellent service experience
