Keith L and Chris R helped us install a new toilet and a new sink in the kitchen Both were very knowledgeable and helpful and courteous Would definitely recommend Rodenheiser in the future Most of our problems have been with products from Lowe's or *** ***, which carry inferior products compared to plumbing specialists

Ed E*** from Rodenhiser came to our house this morning to do the annual checkup on our air conditioning He explained up front what he was going to do and mentioned a test he was unable to do because of the low temperature today He kept me informed of his progress as he went through the checkup and summarized at the end that everything looked fine Ed was very thorough and professional

I had seen Rodenhiser trucks all around town and decided to call them for some plumbing issues I had a slow running drain in my tub They suggested snaking the drain and quoted me I agreed and he went upstairs and worked on it for ten minutes or so Called me up to show me some hair that was clogging the drain and so forth and said this was probably the issue That evening my wife started to take a bath and noticed that the drain stopper was no longer working and the next morning I noticed that the drain was still extremely slow as well I called them and they did send the plumber back out the next day and he quoted me $to fix the drain stopper He said it could not have been them that broke it because they never ended up snaking the drain that they just unscrewed the stopper took out some hair and screwed it back on Obviously I was not pleased to get an expensive quote on something that was working the day before they started working on it and even more upset that they

Today *** *** serviced the furnace which was installed last yearWe have not had the best experience with technicians and were a bit wearyBesides servicing the furnace, he explained the system and answered many questions which we have had for this new systemWe highly recommend *** and will make sure to ask for him next time

Rodenhiser is my number one call for any heating, a/c, plumbing issues Had a problem with the a/c, called at 7am on a day forecasted to be and humid, Tom Swas here at 2:that same day and discovered the problem was with the thermostat From the initial call to the finished job, Rodenhiser is A+ all the way

Richard F of Rodenhiser did a fabulous job servicing our Gas Boiler, replaced a couple of stuck valves and purged the loops so no more gurgling sounds like we're in a submarineHe was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and personable and didn't spill any of the brown boiler water on the carpets!
