On May 24th, 2016, *** ** *** of Rodenhiser came to service our Air Conditioners (Spring A/C startup)...He was here for close to four hours, did extensive testing, and found a faulty power storage device and, as expected, low refrigerant in one of the units (the units are twenty years old)...He replaced both items, retested, cleaned the outdoor units, and from our viewpoint did a VERY thorough and careful job...He was also unfailingly polite, and searched for coupons or specials to insure we got the best price...From our viewpoint, this was exceptionally fine service, and we appreciate all that he did...He told us he had been trained by *** who serviced our units in previous years, and who did equally great work, but has now moved on in the Rodenhiser organization; *** is relatively new there, but did a great job for us...*** *** *** **

Gary came out to help us figure out how to run our mini-split more efficiently He was easy to work with, courteous, and tried to think outside of the box He didn't have all of the answers (no one has so far...), but he spent a long time trying to help us and offered some possible solutions I'd ask for him again

We had our annual heating service with Rodenhiser today***L was the technicianHe arrived on-time, which is quite rareHe was very personable and professionalHe identified a problem and fixed it within a reasonable time frameThe job was completed efficiently and successfully! Thank you ***

James P*** and his associate were very professional, friendly, courteous and promptJames explained everything to me and quoted a price before the work began He rebuild our shower valve and diverter handle He cleaned up everything when done and made sure everything was working properly Definitely would use them again and would hope to get James as the technician

Excellent experience Chris is a pro and very personable It was a pleasure He called a day early, then again an hour before the visit for which he was on time He assessed my "wish list" and spelled out the various options with cost breakouts for each job This was much appreciated We are very pleased with the results*** 

Rodenhiser is my number one call for any heating, a/c, plumbing issues Had a problem with the a/c, called at 7am on a day forecasted to be and humid, Tom Swas here at 2:that same day and discovered the problem was with the thermostat From the initial call to the finished job, Rodenhiser is A+ all the way

Richard F of Rodenhiser did a fabulous job servicing our Gas Boiler, replaced a couple of stuck valves and purged the loops so no more gurgling sounds like we're in a submarineHe was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and personable and didn't spill any of the brown boiler water on the carpets!

I would like to commend Casey Aand Will Rfor their professionalism during their recent visit to seal the ductwork within my home They were quick, thorough, and very polite, and the quality of their work was excellent

Just had Gary Mservice our air conditioning unit, which had failed during the recent heat wave What a gentleman ! He diagnosed our problem quickly and resolved a couple more problems we had while he was here What a pleasure for us to find someone who leaves an EXCELLENT impression ! Great communicator, polite, informative, goes over and above what you're used to these days for service technicians He's our HERO ! (and I'm not his mother !)

Today *** *** serviced the furnace which was installed last yearWe have not had the best experience with technicians and were a bit wearyBesides servicing the furnace, he explained the system and answered many questions which we have had for this new systemWe highly recommend *** and will make sure to ask for him next time
