I ORDERED DERMA SET STEM CELL 3D RENEWAL CREAM ON A TRIAL BASIS. I NEVER RECEIVED THEIR PRODUCT.
I CALLED IN TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 2 WEEKS, TOLD THEM I DID NOT WANT TO CONTINUE BUSINESS WITH
THEM AND I NEVER RECEIVED THEIR PRODUCT.

THE FIRST CALL WAS ABOVE TO LET THEM KNOW I DID NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT, THE SECOND CALL WAS TO SEE IF
THEIR COMPANY SHOWED ME GETTING PRODUCT. I AGAIN SAID I DID NOT RECEIVED THEIR PRODUCT BUT ASKED
WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE SHOULD I SEE IT IN MY THINGS. THE GIRL SAID IT WAS A GRAY TUBE. I SAID I WOULD
CONTINUE TO LOOK BUT IF I HAVE NOTHING, I HAVE NOTHING TO SEND BACK.

THEN I GOT NOTICE I OWED THEM $179.00. I CALLED IN AND RELATED THE ABOVE STORY AND THE GUY WAS VERY
SARCASTIC INFERRING THAT I WAS TRYING TO TRICK THEM. HE JUMPED WHEN I SAID I DID NOT GET A GRAY TUBE,
HE THOUGHT I DID GET IT CAUSE I KNEW OF THE COLOR. I CORRECTED HIM SAYING A PRIOR EMPLOYEE TOLD ME AS
I WAS GOING TO GO THOUGH MY THINGS. HE TOLD ME I OWED THE MONEY, NEVER CHECKING TO SEE IF I HAD CALLED IN AND THE ATTITUDE FRIGHTENED ME.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I WOULD LIKE A LETTER STATING I NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT, CALLED IN AT 2 WEEKS CAUSE I DIDN'T GET ANYTHING, AND THAT I DON'T OWE THAT MONEY BECAUSE I NEVER GOT ANY PRODUCT. I WANT A REFUND OF THE MONEY FOR THE MAILING REFUNDED TO ME $4.95, I BELIEVE.

Ms. signed up for our 30 days trial online on 10/01/2018.
The product was shipped on 10/02/2018, and based on USPS tracking information,
it was delivered on 10/05/2018 to the parcel locker (See USPS tracking attached).

We offer a 2 months supply of the product and the customer has 30 days to try it.
If they decide to keep the cream, then after the trial ends they are billed $179.00 for the product.
If they are not satisfied they have the option to request the return instructions, and once returned within the given time frame they are not charged.

The history on the account revealed that Ms. requested the return instructions and they were emailed to her on 10/22/2018. She was given 3 weeks to get the product back to us.
After 60 days of placing the order, the product is no longer returnable. Ms *** did not return the product and as such has an outstanding amount of $179.00 which needs to be settled promptly.

As previously stated, the product was shipped and delivered to Ms. on 10/05/2018 to her parcel locker.

Ms. requested the return instructions and they were emailed to her. We never got the product back.

She is therefore fully responsible to make payment of $179.00 for the product as soon as possible.

Going to return trial only cost shipping. Sent email changed mind. Never got new order so they charged me $179 for trial offer.
Trial offer 6/3/18 only $4.95 if you ordered again. Left message Sunday 6/24 I wanted another shipment-still within my 30 days. Received from them 6/29/18 return RMA#XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX to send back. After the 6/29 email I got on their site sent "contact us" email "I would like to try the next shipment of DermaSet. I'll let you know after that if I can afford to continue." Still within my 30 days. I never received but on 7/17 $179.00 was deducted by them from my bank.

Desired Outcome

Return of $179 they said I had to pay for trial offer. I told them I ordered another shipment but never sent. Since I'd gotten a return number they refused my order and could charge $179 but no one ever contacted me and told me. So while I'm still waiting for my order not hearing anything I thought it was slow in shipping. I tried contacting them again but to no avail. 10/20 and 11/10 I wrote to them and never got a response.

We offer a 30 day trial to try our product, and the customer pays $4.95 for shipping and handling. We ship a full size 60 day supply tube containing 2 ounces of cream, the cost of which is $179.00. If the consumer decides to return the unused portion of the tube and requests the return instructions within the 30 day time frame, we do not charge them for cost of the product once it is returned within 3 weeks of the date the RMA was issued.

Ms. ordered the 30 day trial on 6/03/18. That same moment the confirmation email was sent, which has a link to our terms and conditions(which are also on our webpage). She also received a letter bundled with her product explaining how the 30 days trial works.

On 06/25/2018, Ms. called our office and requested the return instructions for the product she received. We immediately emailed to her the return instructions(See letter attached) and she was given 3 weeks to get the product back to us. She failed to return the product and was therefore billed $179.00 for the product on 07/16/2018.
Miss. did not place an order for another product, and would not have been able to without paying for the first product.
Ms. account has been closed since 07/16/2018.

I tried to find my account with this company so I could make sure that I would not receive anymore product, there is no way to contact company
ordered trial sample paid for shipping. I tried to cancel the order but there was no way to contact and go to my account to cancel. I was charged 179.00 and haven't received any product except the trial I paid for.

Desired Outcome

I would like to access my account and cancel product. I have not received any of this product except the trial size that I have already paid for so I want a refund of 179.00 that was taken out of my account.

Ms. received an order confirmation email immediately after she placed her order (to be attached) which stated the above and had a link to our terms. Ms. also received a letter bundled with her product that included an overview of the terms, which we will also attach a copy of.
Regarding the trial itself, Ms. had 30 days to try out our product for free, during which she could contact us if she wished to cancel or return the product. She did not and was therefore billed $179.00 on 11/03/2018 when her 30 day trial had ended.
As it states in our Terms and Conditions we do have a 60 day money back guarantee period.
We tried contacting Ms. on her telephone number we have on file to provide her with the return instructions however we did not get an answer. She still has until 12/03/2018 to get the product back to us for a full refund of $179.00, therefore we emailed her the return instructions.

As stated in our previous response, Ms. had until 12/03/2018 to get the product back to us. This she failed to do and now it is too late to return the product.

Ms. is now fully responsible for the cost of the product which is $179.00.

I requested the order of Dermaset cream based on requesting a sample for handling cost only - $4.95.

The cream was unimpressive. I was not considering re-ordering at all. Several months went by - then I received a re-order (UNREQUESTED) of the product at a charge of $143.95. I quickly contacted the office & was horrified to be talked to the way I was - the agent at the other end of the phone was scolding me for not answering all their emails - after which they simply 'decided' to send me another order?!
I scolded back telling her I never received a single email from them & that if they experience "NO RESPONSE" from a customer, they need to consider another means of communication to find out what is going on.
Then I began scouring my bank account & found another charge by Dermaset in the amount of $179.00 - after calling the office, I was told that was the charge for the first order - since I never responded, they decided I was going to keep the product...?! Unbelievable - dense - inhumanely rude & disrespectful!!!!!!!!
I urge everyone to avoid any dealing with that company - it's bad for your health, your self-respect & your bank account!

Desired Outcome

Refund of the $179.00 --------- since I was never contacted, therefore, not forewarned as to what action the Dermaset office would pursue, I demand a refund of the amount of $179.00.

Ms. received an order confirmation email immediately after she placed her order (to be attached) which stated the above and had a link to our terms. Ms. also received a letter bundled with her product that included an overview of the terms, which we will also attach a copy of.
Regarding the trial itself, Ms. had 30 days to try out our product for free, during which she could contact us if she wished to cancel or return the product. On 08/28/2018, Ms. was emailed a Subscription Notification letter (to be attached) as a reminder that her trial will end in 10 days, to which there was no response. After the 30 days had passed, she kept the product and was therefore billed $179.00 on 09/07/2018. We have a 60 day money back guarantee policy, which lapsed for Ms. on 10/07/18. Had she contacted our company within the 60 days our very experienced customer service team would have been ready to provide all the information needed to return the product for the full refund of $179.00. Ms. is therefore fully responsible for the charge of $179.00.

The 'bundle' contained no letter -
there was no follow-up emails that I received - there still have been no follow-up emails from this company - just access to my bank account!
That is NOT an acceptable exchange -

I did explain to the employee that I spoke with on the phone at the time I talked about the debit of the $143.xx amount, that when there is no response to the "repeated emails" as she described them, there should be phone calls to make sure the customer is receiving the contacts...she made no comment.

This is not a business - this is a racket!

I stand firmly by my explanations which are not only extremely predictable, but also, undoubtedly VERY commonplace!!!!! That is NOT a well-designed business -
shame on you!

Best product I've used so far! I started using it back in April and I am still using it! The fast improvement I saw in my smile lines and dry face was amazing! My face never felt better and younger and I am 58 years old! I look like 10-11 years younger!

I've ordered the 30 Day Trial for my mom and she was so happy after the 25th day with the product saying that her face feels very moisturized and fresh that she started using it every month! She's a client for almost a year now. My mom is 49 and all of her close friends are saying that she looks 10 years younger! My dad started using it too after he heard all the compliments!
Also the customers service is very kind and helpful when you have questions! I would definitely recommend DermaSet to any mother of father out there!

Deliberately misleading online ad. Ad describes a free trial of product, just pay 4.95 s/h. Product arrives w/ info stating credit card charge.
Ordered a free trial of DermaSet face cream via a pop up ad online. Ad says just pay $4.94 s/h. When received, paperwork states this is not a free sample, but a trial basis that I signed up for and if not returned with in 30 days, my credit card will be charged $179.00. I was so mad, I never even tried the product! When I called to get the return address, I was told I had to pay to return it and that she would send an RMA# to my E mail address. She never did, so I couldn't return it. I called again and got no answer. I plan to call them again, but don't expect much since I've since read numerous complaints from other consumers re this company and this product. I ordered this within the past 2 wks, but don't have the exact date. I will be processing a charge back on my credit card when the bill comes, but I'm worried they'll send a collection agency after me, as this is what they did to another consumer. Desired Outcome

Since this ad is deliberately misleading, and so many consumers have had the same issues with this company, I would love to see this type of ad discontinued. I want my credit card charge to be gone, with no surprises from a collection agency down the road. I'd like to have my s/h charges refunded as well, but I won't hold my breath for that. With all the negative online comments about this company, I wonder why this ad is still allowed to be posted......

We make it abundantly clear that the $4.95 covers only shipping the product to the customer (which is not refundable), and that the trial period lasts 30 days. Furthermore, she received an order confirmation email (please see attachment), which stated the above, that it was NOT a sample, and had a link to our terms. Ms. also received a letter bundled with the product (please see attachment) that included an overview of the terms.
DermaSet has excellent customer service, and we allow the customers to return the unused portion of the product if they are not satisfied. On 10/15/18, Ms. requested the return instructions which was emailed to her the same day(please see attachment). She has until 11/14/2018 to get the product back to us without being charged.

Since I filed my complaint, the company has answered my call for return info. They gave me the RMA# over the phone (which is what I needed). I have returned the product at my own expense and would never order from them again. I stand by my original belief that their ads are deliberately misleading and if you go on the Amazon website under reviews, you'll see that I'm not the only person who believes this to be true.

Replied to ad from Dermaset offering a 30 day supply of skin cream for $4.95 shipping fee. I carefully read ad to be sure they weren't billing automatically later. After I received skin cream, I read included letter that they sent a 60 day supply and would automatically charge my account unless I returned the cream. I called to complain and they claimed this had been in ad. No so. FALSE ADVERTTISING CLAIM. A SCAM!!!!!

Ms. requested the return instructions on 09/18/2018. Our very professional and courteous customer service team immediately emailed her the return instructions. She was given an additional 3 weeks to get the product back to us - by 10/09/2018. She was not charged for the product.
We await the return of the cream. Once received we will process the return and close her account.
Ms. will also be notified by email of the cancellation.

Very misleading advertising 4.95 S&H for a free 30 day trial only to find out I will be charged $179.00 if I keep it after the trial period.
I was trying to see the ratings of my current skincare when ratings for Dermaset kept popping up offering a free 30 day trial just pay 4.95 S&H. So I was shocked to read the flyer inside stating this is a 30 day trial and not a free sample, the trial begins on the order date not delivery date and if I keep it I will be charged a huge amount of $179.00. I feel like it is totally misleading advertising.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to stop their misleading practice and show the $179.00 charge so people know this is not a free sample as led to believe. Plus the product is not doing what it claims. It did not reverse the signs of aging and there is no way it is a 6o day tube of product.

We advertise a 30 day trial. We ship a full sized 60 day supply tube (2oz of the cream) and the customer is charged $4.95 for shipping and handling at the time of placing their order.
The customer is given 30 days to try the product. At the end of the trial if they decide to keep the product, they are billed $179.00. If they wish to return the product, they simply call or email for the return instructions. Once they return the product by the given time they are not charged for the cream.
Ms. ordered the product on 04/18/2018, and was aware we do not offer COD, hence she used her credit card to place her order to try the product.. She paid $4.95 for shipping. The product was delivered to her on 04/21/2018 (See shipping information attached). She had 30 days to try out our product, during which she could contact us if she wished to cancel or return the product. Ms. requested the return instructions and they were emailed to her on 04/21/2018. She was given three weeks to get the product back to us - by 05/12/2018. She failed to return. On 05/12/2018, she was billed $179.00.
Ms. then disputed with her bank the shipping charge of $4.95, the pre-authorization of $179.00, and the $179.00 charged on 05/12/2018. As it states in our terms and conditions, once a customer initiates a dispute, we do not accept returned products.
Ms. is therefore now responsible for the full cost of the product which is $179.00, the shipping charge of $4.95 along with the dispute fees totaling $105.00.

Our company does not mislead anyone and does not advertise or sell or produce samples. We do advertise 30 days trial period, see attached: www.dermasetskincare.com.
We do, however, advertise that we charge for the shipping $4.95 and send a very expensive product and do let the client see if it works and then charge for it. If product does not work, the client can send unused tube back. We provide excellent customer service and do not hang up on anyone. We have 100% satisfaction guarantee.
We do require the product to be send back, in order not to be charged $179.00.

I spoke to a representative on the phone after finding a 179.00 charge on my credit card for the product advertised as a "free" trial. My credit card was refunded and I have now been notified through a collection agency that I have been sent to collections to pay the money that was refunded. The collections letter is dated July 17, 2018. The agency is Accounts Recevable (acct.number XXXXXXXX). I contacted this company and their only response was to apply pressure, threatening to charge upwards of $400 if I did not pay them the money.

Our Terms also state that we do offer a 60 days money back guarantee. Therefore she still had time to contact our office for return instruction, which she did, and they were emailed to her on 04/19/2018 by our very professional team who provide excellent customer service. Once she returned the product she would have been refunded the full amount of $179.00.
Ms. then did a dispute. As it states in our Terms and conditions, once the customer initiates a dispute, we refuse the returned product, and we begin our collection procedure.
The customer is therefore fully responsible for the cost of the product which is $179.00, along with the dispute fee of $35.00.
Ms. total amount outstanding is $214.00.

I tried to return the product but it was not accepted. It was their customer service representative that told me that I had to dispute in order not yo be charged. This company scams you into purchasing their products
This was my first experience with purchasing over the internet needless to say I will never purchase through the internet!

As per our Terms and Conditions, once the client disputes the charge, the client is responsible to pay for the fees, that client's Credit Card charges our company $219.00 = $179.00 for the product and $40.00 charge-back fees.

Original ad did not explain that the 30-day trial would result in the charge of $179.00 after the 30 days and an ongoing subscription.
Ordered 30-day trial for $4.95. When the "trial" arrived it had information that I would be charged $179.00 after thirty days and $139.00 every two months afterward unless I cancelled. I did contact and cancel. The original advertising was not explicit on the actual costs for the "trial."

Although the business said that they sent me return instructions on August 20, I did not receive any communication from them after two emails to their offices requesting return instructions on August 18 and August 24.
