Ordereample skin cream 12/28/19 for $4.95. Then was charged $88.95 for monthly recurring charges. Cancelled order and refund to be sent.
Never received refund or agreed upon amount of $44.48 if sample was received. Per 1/18/20 email from Dermavi refund was issued to card. Never applied. When tried to contact customer service company email/phone disconnected and changed name to Lanceperfector. Reached out to them and they said there was no record of an account with them. They wanted my credit card number and I said no.

Desired Outcome

You need to look into this business. It is a scam. They take money then close down and reopen under another name.

I have been dealing with them since Jan & have done exactly what they said to do. But I still have not received my $88.95 refund!
I contacted your company on Jan 22 when your comp. charged my account $88.95. I did not sign up for your program. They told me to send the merchandise back, I did. A supervisor told me I would get a full refund when they received the product. Your company received it Jan 30. I called on 2-6-20 @ 5:30 & spoke with Felicia. She said she saw it in my notes that upper management approved my refund & she would start the process of my refund. I called on 2-13-20 @ 10am & spoke with Christina. She said it take up to 30 days. I then called on 2-20-20 @ 1:35 & spoke with Victoria. She told me it's being processed. I called on 3-2-20 @ 8:14am & spoke with Lei who told me it would be in my account by 3-6-20. It is NOT in my account. I want my money refunded. Now when I try that number it doesn't go through, very convenient. I've tried all day on 3-6-20.

Desired Outcome

I want my refund of $88.95. I did not sign up for their product.

I will if they refund the money in 3-5 business days. This is just getting ridiculous! It was to be in my account March 6th. They respond to you on March 7th stating in would be in my account 3-5 business days however the processing bank may take up to 30 days, that is unacceptable. That is poor business. I should have already had my money. And they are trying to prolong it. I feel I should get interest paid with this. I am a disabled woman who was scammed by this company. I was told it was a free sample. Then they charge me, I do what they say & I'm still waiting for my money???? There is absolutely NO EXCUSE TO NOT HAVE MY REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS!!! IT DOES NOT TAKE 30 DAYS!!!

Customer Response • Apr 03, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business and wishes to inform the business of this)
As you notice I still have yet to receive my refund. If it is not in my bank in 3-5 business days, I WILL TAKE FURTHER action!! I will NOT accept 30 days depending on processing bank. You received your product back on Jan 30th. I spoke with someone 2-6-20, where a higher supervisor guaranteed I would get a full refund. Said it would be in my bank no later than 3-6-20. I contacted your company & I'm told it's still processing. You write Revdex.com 3-7-20 & tell them the exact same thing you tell me & I still don't have my money. You thought I would be one of those consumers who gives up, NO I DON'T! That is my money that I did not sign up for, I was not even on your site. I've had enough of you dragging this out. You can have your name splattered with bad reviews everywhere possible with all this information & our emails. Or you can give me my money in 3-5 days!! I'm done messing with your company!!

Customer Response • Apr 07, 2020

I would just like to inform you that it's April 7, 2020, at 11:50pm & I still have NOT received my refund????? How can you close a case until the consumer has their money???? They wrote you on March 7, 2020 & stated "they would refund me my $88.95 & my $4.95 within 3-5 business days or it could take up to 30 days depending on the processing bank". Its been 30 days Revdex.com????

Customer Response • Apr 25, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have not received my refund the company had said they would give me. I feel this company is a scam, takes advantage of customers & does not stand up to their own words. I will be pursuing this further. I have the letters in their own words stating they would refund my money. If I have to, I will sue this company & if it comes to that, it won't be just for the refund. I will make sure other consumers are aware of how this company is. This is just a start of what I will do. You took advantage of me, I have it in YOUR OWN WORDS STATING YOU WOULD REFUND MY MONEY. You wrote me a letter stating that & the Revdex.com. I will continue to fight your company.

I'm being charged for produce I did not order and have never heard of.
On 3/3 I received an envelope with a bottle of "DermaVi Vitamin C Serum." I did not order it and haven't heard of the product. When I checked my bank account, I had been charged $4.95, then $69.99 from Infinite Blend Serum. I called the number listed here and someone acted like they were looking up my information, then hung up on me. I would like a refund for both charges as. Never ordered this and have no idea how they obtained my card number.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of all charges.

I was charged for a trial of anti-aging skin cream and eye serum. I received nothing. 13 days later I was charged for a full order. Again, nothing rec
I ordered a trial of DermaVi anit-aging skin cream and eye serum for a total of $9.90 on 1/22/2020. I received a confirmation email on 01/25/2020 with an order # of FAXXXXXXD7. I received nothing. On 2/5/2020 there were 2 charges of $69.99 and $88.95 taken out of my checking account using my debit card. I called the number given on my bank statement but it was a "call center " in southeast Asia. The operator who answered told me she was not able to cancel an order (which I never placed) or give a refund. I asked to speak to her supervisor who told me the same thing. I went directly to my bank and cancelled my debit card. The same day I received an email from [email protected] that my order(s) (that I never placed) were cancelled. How strange when they told me they were not able to cancel the order(s) that I never placed. They gave me this information for the eye serum: Purchase ID with order date of 02/22/2020 and cancellation date of 2/5/2020. The information for the anti aging skin cream came in a seperate email:Purchase ID with the same order date and cancellation date. There is not a good customer service number for this company. I called the phone number on the Revdex.com site (855-840-0835) and was told they do not handle DermaVi products. It sounded to me like another call site overseas. I am out a total of $168.84 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I do not know where to turn. It is so odd that they used order # in their first email from Email Support Specialist-05 , and then used a purchase ID # when they cancelled my order(s) (which I never placed). I hope you can help me

Desired Outcome

I have been struggling since the $69.99 and $88.95 were withdrawn from my checking account. I am on a fixed income. I have resolved myself to the fact that I was scammed for the first time in my life. I am not a stupid person and I do look for fine print. I saw none. I have absolutely nothing to show for the $168.84. I have received nothing from this company. No trial and no full order. I would like a full refund if possible. I'm hoping you can help. Thank you, ***. *** One last thing, I believe this company is doing business under several different names and continually scamming the consumer.

I never received anything from this company after they took my money. It is only fair that they now return all money paid. They are scammers and continue to do this to the unsuspecting public. Someone needs to shut them down.

Customer Response • Mar 13, 2020

Hi Tawnia, I really appreciate you staying in touch with me. I am still waiting for my checking account to be credited. This company is emailing me to call them to verify information and answer questions. I have tried calling them at their "Customer Support" phone number but no one answers. It rings and rings and goes straight to a busy signal. I am very leary of them because they scammed me once already. I, of course, had to cancel my debit card. I am hoping that will not interfere with me getting my money back. I am not willing to trust them with any of my banking information. But, I would give it to you if necessary. Please advise me as to what to do now. Thank You Tawnia. ***. ***

P.S. I will certainly be more than willing to post a review once this has been settled

Customer Response • Mar 27, 2020

Also, I believe you are aware that I am not the least bit satisfied with this outcome. I have received no response or refund from the company and I never received the trials that I paid for or the full product which I also apparently paid for. Thank you Tawnia, ***.

I was charged for products I never agreed to pay for. The company refuses to allow any returns or refunds.
On September 23rd, 2019 I paid for a free trial of 2 face cream products through Elliesse (Elliesse Eye Serum and Firm Youthful Skin). The transaction finished very abruptly, when I thought I was just viewing a second product. There was no "Place your order," I was suddenly charged for both products. I kept an eye out for an email for this, but saw nothing. I received a package shortly after. Then 2 months later received another package, dated 11/15/2019. Order #EXXXXXXBCC. I couldn't figure out why. Then another came in December, dated 12/16/2019. Order *** I haven't even opened this one. Today, I was going through my spam account looking for something and this was on my mind. I saw an email dated 1/14/20 that said "noreply@123xyz..." saying "Thank you for your recent order." I assumed it was spam, as I must have done in the past. But this time I clicked on it to find a charge of $91.98 from YoungFirmerSkin. I went to the website listed, "orderyouryoungfirmerskintoday.com" (not the website I ordered from) and found the terms and conditions, with information about a 14 day trial and then being charged every 30 days for each of the 2 products. As I said, the order process was very odd, and I hadn't seen this info before.

I called the number listed on the website. I was asked if I had read the terms and conditions immediately, which I hadn't. I canceled my subscription that I had never agreed to, and tried to get a refund for the latest charge of 91.98 by saying I would send it right back after I received it, unopened. I was told that no refunds are allowed. In the terms and conditions it says that "We will credit one returned unopened product per customer if the received package is postmarked within 30 days of the original order date." I was told REPEATEDLY that this was not their policy. He asked what phone number I called, (it was from the website my email led me to) then said that was not the number I had called. After about 15 minutes of this, I finally asked to speak to a supervisor. Once transferred, he gave me the same answers. Absolutely no returns or refunds.

Then he names a couple of other charges I knew nothing about- $89.95 in November and $87.35 in December. I had used a Citi credit card that I very rarely use, and it auto pays out of our checking account. I had seen none of these charges. I had actually checked our Discover card after receiving the second package, but didn't see a charge so assumed it was part of the original payment.

After hanging up, I looked everywhere for these charges and found them on my Citi card. I have been charged 8 times since the free trial payment of $8.90. I don't know why the supervisor only named 2.

October 11 89.95
October 13 87.35
November 11 89.95
November 14 87.35
December 11 89.95
December 14 87.35
January 11 95.89
January 14 91.98

I never even received a package in October, though I was charged $177.30 for it!

Since canceling, I received 2 emails from "[email protected]" that did not go to my spam. They are the only emails from that email address that I have received through this entire process. The rest must have been to the
[email protected]. Which went to my spam. And the address itself is made to look like spam.

The 2 emails from Elliesse confirming my cancellation show the merchant website as tryyouryoungeyemagicserumnow.com, which is different than the email with the charges (orderyouryoungfirmerskintoday.com). They also both show my proposed billing date for the $95.89 (charged Jan 11) and 91.98 (charged Jan 14) as being Jan 15, 2020. Which is today, the day I called. But nothing could be refunded.

Desired Outcome

I did not agree to any of these charges beyond the free trial itself of $8.90. I will return all the products unopened, at my expense- minus the free trial itself (3 Elliesse Eye Serum and 3 Firm Youthful Skin)- for the refund they owe me. I did not even receive a package for the October charges, and would like that refund of $177.30 immediately.

This company refuses to refund all of the money they charged to my card.I called and was again refused a refund I was treated terribly by a CSM rep
I did not realize that this company had charged me a 5.95 and then a 4.95 charge until after I filed a dispute with my bank for 2 additional charges of 89.95 and 87.95, I called the company to see if they would in fact return the money that should never have been charged in the first place, the CSM rep that I spoke with said that the money was lost and that they could have contacted them instead of my bank and they would have resolved it. I didnt have this companies info until the bank provided it to me. This product they are advertising would serve no purpose for me, I work in plastic surgery therefore I would never need this type of product from an outside source. This company is basically stealing a hard working mom money that is not rightfully theirs, I received ABSOLUTELY NO PRODUCT from this company ever. The companies customer service agents have no help, rude, refused to give me company information to file a complaint, refused to connect me with a superior employee, and lastly hung up on me after stating its a lost claim. This company is a SCAM. A bunch of crooks preying on people and their flaws

Desired Outcome

I am asking that this company refund all of my money that was taken from my account which includes 5.95, 4.95. 89.95, 87.95 and at least an apology for the stress and inconvienience caused to me and my family

Company claimed I had a 14-day trial period to accept further shipments of products. I don't remember that being true.
I received the Demedia Simple Face initial products on 8/19/19:
1 Simple Face @ $5.95 and one Eye Simplicity @ $4.95
Then, I received the following charges on my Bank of America credit card:
9/04, 10/04 and 10/23 Simple Face @$87.35
9/06, 10/07 and 10/23 Eye Simplicity @$89.95
I did receive two more Simple Face products which I thought was strange, so I called and was told on 10/23/19 I was supposed to cancel in Sept. if I no longer wanted products. When I asked for a copy of that agreement, the associate in Customer Support refused, so I asked to speak to his supervisor and that was refused. He then offered to give me a 35% discount for one of each product. When I protested and threatened to call my bank, which I did, he said his supervisor agreed to a 50% refund and he'd cancel my account. I was in between a rock and a hard place, so I agreed. He sent me to the web site which sent me back to customer service. A 3rd. party service has confirmed my account in closed and there's nothing more I can do. On 10/29, I received one more Simple Face product, but never received the 3 Eye Simplicity products I paid for on the dates above.

I realize should check my credit card balance very carefully. Nonthe less, the company is sleazy and should have notified me of shipments and charges, and my not answering after the supposed 14-day trial which they refused to send me a copy of.

Therefore, I am complaining and filing this report on this sleazy company to warn others not to fall into the same trap I fell in.
When I realized

Desired Outcome

Simply that Elliesse by on a list of not to be trusted companies that is not forthright with its clients. Warn Facebook users to not accept products from this company.

Ellie's seems Skin Care is not clear of what you are signing up for.
I was browsing on line for a popular skin care line then a pop up appeared offering a free sample of a skincare product, so I thought great let me try it, so I agreed to pay a one time $9.95 shipping & handling charge, then was offered a eye serum also. So the $9.95 charge was the same day. The product arrived 8 days later. I did not open box immediately because I believed it to be a sample. Fast forward end of the month I find out a payment I made was returned due to insufficient funds I panicked because the amount was not in my account. After my bank ran a statement, low and behold there where 2 charges from Elliesse On 2 separate dates, so you don't catch on. The 1st was for $87.99 the other for $89.99. So I called to try and get a refund, and was told I didn't meet the 14 day trial date. Which I then informed the person I was not aware I was joining anything. That the ad never mentioned any of this. He tried to proceed to tell me that I did order off there website not through this $9.95 offer, he hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a woman, she could not locate my account, finally a manager gets on the line and finds the account, and that he will cancel my account but can not refund my money. They strategically design for you not to find out what has happened to you till the trial period is over. Of course now I am out the money and am seriously considering legal representation for this on pure principle. I work 2 different jobs to make ends meet, and to be ripped off like this just makes my blood boil! I would advise all to stay clear of Elliesse.

Desired Outcome

I want my hard earned money back, and for this company accountable!

I signed up for what they thought was a free trial and later discovered was not a free trial of skin care product.
Problem date 7/9/19 received shipment of more product with company indicating will be charging the amount of $89.95 and $87.35 for trial shipment mailed May 7, 2019 2019. Order *** Ref#XXXXXXX. The product was not effective and serves no purpose, company shipped second package June 23, but the family was out of the country. I spoke with representative Ashley and Aviana about returning products and "no return" as they do not have a location to receive product. Discussed the ineffectiveness of the product and sales representative states "If you bought a product from Macy's you would not be allowed to return the product" same concept and per our policy no return shipment of product. This customer indicated other high end retail do take back products. The disputes I was billed shipping and handling in the sum of $4.95 and $5.95 indicating products are free and was told charges of $89.95 and $87.35 will be process as it was only a 14 day trial and product is not free.

Desired Outcome

Business not promote false advertising leading the customers to purchase product and charged fee for items not free but linked to higher cost value.

Company refused to reveal name or address; would not allow return of merchandise; they tagged on another product other than one I had ordered; when told to stop sending merchandise, said was not called in a timely fashion had been explained in the confirmation email-this was the procedure with on line purchases. I insisted I telehoned from a TV commercial. They said they had my IPO address now. I complained to my CC, ***; credit card customer service called with me on the line recorded the conversation where their customer service department admitted there had been a"typo" which was why I had not received emails; she asked to speak to a supervisor, was told no; their policy did not refund; did not accept merchandise back, I was told I would receive a confirmation number of the cancellation transaction by email, again never sent.Customer service finally agreed to stop sending and refunded half of current charge which was less than 25% of what they had charged.
Product_Or_Service: face cream, eye cream
Order_Number:

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) shame on them. I hope no one purchases from this fraudulent company.

Charged $89.95 and &87.35 for a product I have never authorized payment to
Just like so many others here, I saw the ad to try the free eye cream and face cream for 4.95 shipping, I paid this I never authorized future shipments, I certainly never authorized future payments to be deducted from my credit card. This is false advertising, I have signed no contract.

Desired Outcome

I expect to be fully refunded for these purchased and no longer charged for any further items!

Used celebrity likeness to advertisement product
I saw article on face book with Ms Robin Roberts, ABC morning show host, on the cover indication she was resigning from the morning show because she has new line beauty products. It Indicate you could get free trial Elliesse eye serum iif you pay shipping for $4.95. I did select and before I complete transaction it added addition product Firm Youthful skin for addition $5.95. After completing purchase I went to Internet to research product and immediately the same article came up but them referred to product by a different name. I continued to researched further and various post indicated not only is the product not by Ms Roberts but once they bait you in and get credit card they charge you monthly and auto ship product. I received an confirmation email with contact number. The next morning when someone answered I discussed with representative that I know of the scam and asked for a refund. He refused to credit my account the shipping. About a hour later I got another indicating the membership was cancelled. It did not mention that it would refund my money. I have completed documents disputing the charges with my bank.

Desired Outcome

They should not be allowed to use celebrity likeness to advertise without endorsement. There was also nothing indication this was membership and you would be automatically charge for additional products without permission.

Merchant did not disclose additional fees to be withdrawn from my account 14 days after receiving a trial offer. I only authorized shipping fee.
On January 28, 2019 an advertisement from what appeared to be from the Today Show stated that Kathie Lee Gifford was leaving the Today show to focus on her skincare line. A link for a free trial pay shipping only was available. At no time was there any language stating that I was authorizing any additional charges other than shipping. On 2/11/19 I was charged $89.95 and $87.35 from Youthfuleyesserum and softersmootherskncream (respectively). I disputed the charges with my bank and they responded with the merchant(s) obtain my authorization for these transactions. I called the number on the back of the bottles 888-526-0923 and asked "what is the name of this company?" and she said she did not know, It depends on why I am calling. I asked for proof of the authorizations and she said she could not provide that and I would have to get that though my financial institution. I have since learned from Kathie Lee Gifford's website that she is not endorsing any skincare products and that at least one company is falsely using her image to promote a product.

Desired Outcome

A full refund and I am happy to return the products.

Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint.

Our company strives to assure 100% customer satisfaction, so we take consumer complaints very seriously, determine the history of that customer's experience, and seek to resolve issues in a reasonable manner.

Before a customer commits to our 14-day free trial she/he must affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions (hyperlinked on the order confirmation page) for our auto ship program by marking the Terms and Conditions check-boxes. If this box is not checked, the customer cannot complete the order.

Our records indicate that this customer ordered our eye serum and face cream trials on January 24, 2019 and paid the shipping and handling fee of $4.95 and $5.95, respectively. The trial expired on February 7, 2019 and since the customer did not cancel, our auto ship program began, and she was charged $89.95 for the eye serum and $87.35 for the face cream on February 8, 2019 for the original shipment.

The customer contacted our Customer Service on March 11, 2019 and requested a cancellation of her subscription, which we did and emailed her a confirmation of her cancellation on that date.

It was not until 34 days after her trial ended that the customer called our customer service to cancel her subscription.

We appreciate the customer's desire for a refund - even though she was well past the stated terms of the trial.

Provided that this customer did not file a dispute with her issuing bank and receive a refund through that process, we would like to satisfy this customer and issue her a refund for both products.

The refunds should reflect on the customer's account within 3 to 7 business days. Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept their offer to provide a full refund(s); however, the debit card ending in *** was closed on the day I discovered the withdrawals from my account and has been replaced with a new debit card and I am not sure how that works or if my financial institution will automatically process the credits to my account. I have reached out to my financial institution for guidance.

Is it possible that Dermiva knows that their credits will bounce back to them and they still end up keeping my money?

I am attaching my message to my financial institution.

I ordered a free trial offer for this product, and now am being charged full price and am being told I agreed to a subscription to these products. They took unauthorized payments from my account, and only offered a partial refund. I feel they are misleading consumers and I want a full refund and to cancel all subscriptions they may have signed me up for without my knowledge.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I would like this company to provide me a full refund of$177.30.

Customer Response • Mar 19, 2019

This response was taken verbally by the Revdex.com:

I have receive a call from Michael from Las Vegas 702-684-6113 who stated he was sorry and they he would give me a refund.

Advertised the popular TV host was quitting her Marilyn Dennis Show to start her own skincare line which is false. Also they stole my money.
They got my credit card number by saying they had products to try from Marilyn Dennis's skincare line. I signed up for the free products and gave my credit card number for shipping thinking it was free products from her to try her new skincare line. This is a FALSE claim she is not quitting the show. They made it up and tried to trick people to buy. It is very UNethical and they then put 4 charges on my credit card and stole $200 of my money. When I called them as my visa company called me to tell me there is some strange charges on my credit card and I have to cancel it right away. I want all of my money back, I complained I did not agree to this you taking my money and then they said they'd give me 35% then I complained more and they said 55% but I want all of my money back as they are big liars and I offered to return the skincare but they said no.

Desired Outcome

I want all of my money back and I want them to be shut down and sued.

Hi Tawnia. They have given me part of the money back but not all. I agrued with them in the phone for one hour to get some of my money back. The bank cancelled my credit card as they know there's shady payments coming out. I'm not satisfied that a company that scams people gets away with it not I'm not satisfied with the outcome. I wanted an apology and all of my money back.

Naomi skin care advertised as Robin Roberts skincare secrets, her company. The advertisement said free trial, I got charged $90. They won't refund it.
Naomi skin care advertised as Robin Roberts skincare secrets, her company. The advertisement said free trial, I got charged $90. I disputed the charge with my bank as I never saw any verbiage or words anywhere indicating that I had to send the product back in two weeks or Id be charged $90. I told my bank it was fraud. My bank reversed the charge and Naomi will be receiving it. I called Naomi and they will not talk to me, hung up on me the first call, because they say that I have no rights because I disputed it. However they will get paid for this. A product that is not what is advertised, not Robin Roberts product, not a serum for anti aging but a garbage product that they scam you later on without you knowing that they will charge you $90. I'm out the $90 as my bank won't dispute it, telling me I have to work it out with the company and the "company" telling me I have to work it out with my bank. Apparently I had two weeks to return it or I got charged $90. However it didn't say it on the internet order and there was no paperwork included in the order, not even a phone number to call with questions, no return address. How can you even return it without that crucial piece of information even if you knew you had to return it?

Desired Outcome

My $89.95 refunded

Received products on Sept.4th and charge was made to credit card on Sept.10th for the free products after having paid shipping charges $$4.95 and $5.95 when ordered. Was told the charge of $89.95 was for the products that I had received and that I had signed up for future deliveries. Was not made aware I would be charged for products for $89.95 nor had I signed up for automatic delivery.Order #s XXXXXX andXXXXXX. Rep at XXX-XXX-XXXX said no refunds would be made and that I had to cancel out of automatic delivery within 13 period starting with the date order placed on Aug.28th.

Desired Outcome

Having read complaints of other customers who have the same experience of false deceptive advertisement as I had, I would like to have the charges removed from my credit card. Rep tried to get me to continue receiving products at a cost of $22.00 a month!

False advertising and catch sales of a try for free where you pay for items delivery and a print after the Free trial that says must cancel with in 1
The first page is great with the free trail and once you have given information there is a disclaimer of must cancel with in 15 days or be registered as subscription every month for $89.95. The thing is I was charged on the 15th day $85.95 and on the 16th day another $89.95 which did not even make the 3o days. The trickery and

Desired Outcome

The despicable way this company trys to catch the consumer by offering something for free and then after you give all your info there is a disclaimer witch is not in bold letters to say that you must cancel with in 15days if not you are subscribed to get product at $89.95. On the 15th day they billed me $86.95 and on the 16th day they billed to my credit card $89.95. No where does it say that I will be billed the $86.95. Its enough that they scammed me after the first page of the try me for free. ( Which Is not Free!!!) I called them on it and they would give me a 50% off. I will dispute charge to false advertising . They also included in there commercial Hoda K. as if she was the part owner and would retire to pursue this beauty product which is not true. I would like full refund including the shipping of $4.95 which my wife could not use product do to the foul smell. If I do not get full refund will also reach out to media.

Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: XXXXXXXX. Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously.

We've attempted to locate the customer in our database using their name, address, phone number, and email address and do not have a record of this customer. Is the customer sure they ordered Dermiva Skin Cream? The price point mentioned in the complaint of $86.95 is not a price in which we sell our product either. Did the customer order the product under a different name, email, phone, or address?

While we would love to help this customer, we are unable to at this time, until we receive more information.

This is a complete scam....product is not what it says it is. Customer service just terrible. I have called 6 times & get the same story each time!
I ordered a trail size of the Naomi skin care.(Dermiva Skin). It is 1 ounce for $4.95. I did not see that I was signing up for a subscription for this cream. This was ordered 8/25/18. I received the cream 10 days later. I was billed to my credit card for $89.95 on 9/718. I did not authorize this charge. This is nothing but a scam! I have called the company at least 6 times in the last 2 days & each time they say they have no record of my account! I have their statement & my credit card statement. I notified my bank & they have filed a dispute. The customer service representative said I may not be reimbursed. I finally found another number & called it to cancel the subscription #CXXXXXX. The customer service at this business is crazy. Each person I talked to sounded like they were reading a script. The cream is terrible....my skin dried out terribly after just a few days of using it. None of the customer service representatives would not even talk about a refund. I am on a fixed income & have health issues......I don't need this added stress. It is very hard to contact anyone for this company. I had to research to find a cr other then the one I had in order to cancel the subscription. I will call again on 8/21/18 to make sure they have canceled the subscription......I don't trust this company or their customer service representatives!

Desired Outcome

I would like this company to refund the $89.95 charge to my credit card & to cancel this subscription that I didn't know I was signed up for. I think this is nothing but a scam. I have tried numerous times to talk with the customer service representatives & keep getting the run around. I live on a fixed income & have health issues. This unexpected charge of $89.95 will be a real hardship.
