I ordered a sample eye serum for $5 and was billed 85.95 . The company said I agreed to their terms and had 14 days to cancel. They did it again 89.95
On Jan.10 I purchased a sample of eye serum for $5 plus shipping. My credit card bill came 30 days later, and the charge was 85.95. They charged me additionally for another "$5" sample of skin cream that was billed at 89.95. When I called them, they said I agreed to their terms which stated I had 14 days to cancel the "program." I only thought I was purchasing 2 samples. They will not refund any money and will not accept any returns. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!
Additionally, I notice that on my charge bill the two products come from 2 different companies, one in Florida and one in Massachusetts; yet, they were delivered in one box.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded for the amount in excess of the sample costs and the shipping. The total they billed me was 175.90. I expected to pay $10 for the 2 samples plus postage. (They were sent in the same box.) I estimate the postage at a maximum of $8. So I expect a refund of 175.90 minus $18. (157.90).

According to our records, customer ordered our Skin Cream and Eye Serum on a 14-day trial basis back on 12/26/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $5.95. The trial expired on 1/11/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 12/26/2017 $89.95 for the Skin Cream and $85.95 for the Eye Serum.

On 02/14/2017 our customer service team cancelled both subscriptions. We have issued the following refunds for the customer:

I ordered Dermiva Skin Face and Neck Therapy and Eye Cream as a trial. Nowhere in the ad did it indicte I would be enrolled in automatic ordering of this product I was only trying as a trial. They did not contact me again prior to a so-called deadline to decline the auto enrollment...they just charged my credit card for $89.95 and $85.95. I called to cancel this immediately on discovery of these charges.
The scam was bad enough but worst of all the product DOES NOT WORK...it is very drying to the skin.

I wish I would have looked at the Revdex.com before getting scammed by this company. I thought I was getting a free trial for paying shipping and handling and then got charged $165. Email was in Spam, no packing slip or any idea to cancel within 14 days. This is is a sneaky and spammy company taking advantage of people. I am a full time caregiver of my parents 90 and was below poverty level, so this is my food and utility money.

I received an email solicitation for a free trial of the product. Instead I was enrolled in a monthly subscription with no proper notice.
Before submitting my request for the free trial, I did not get any notice at all that I was being charged $89 and $85 per month for their products.
There is no instructions on how to terminate this agreement nor how to return the products. I have called and I get different answers. Basically they all say I had 14 days to return the product. I did not see that anywhere.

Desired Outcome

I would like to ship their unwanted and unused product back and taken off their distribution list. As well as I would have them disclose their monthly costs on the ads and follow laws that may apply

Per the customer's request, auto-shipments have been cancelled for both products as of 02/05/2018. Please feel free to keep the products and use them however you'd like.

The offer was for a 14 day trial with no additional information given as to being enrolled in a very expensive program monthly program. Nor could I find information how to terminate from program. I was very careful to read small print. This company should be forced to disclose the terms right on the offering page. There is no link to the price of the product - only talks of the shipping fee. In the package received there is no information about how to return product or how to stop from enrolling. Misleading advertising. I deny that I have to pay the cost of the product which I was not able to return. Their customer service said I could not return product nor get money back. I was charged on two months for product. Will I receive credit.

Dermiva is a complete rip off. It is misleading advertisement. They get you to try a "trial size" and then 30 days later charge your account $90 dollars!!!! Terrible rip of! Don't be fooled. The business is using false advertising techniques by saying its all in the fine print. They hide it so you don't easily get all of the information before you hand over your charge account. The Revdex.com should close this type of advertising down!! Isn't it your job to stop the rip off of customers with these fly by night companies that use loop holes to rip off the American Consumer???

I fell for a "trial" offer. I got a full sized jar and a $89 charge on my credit card. They get your credit card number because you pay for shipping and handling. Today I received another shipment which I DO NOT WANT. Scam.

I have been billed for a subscription for ongoing delivery of products when I thought I was only receiving one trial sample.
On 01-15-2018 I ordered a trial sample of Dermiva skin cream for $4.95 which was billed to my credit card. The order number was XXXXXX and I received the trial. On the same date I ordered a sample of Dermiva eye serum for $5.95 order #XXXXXX. I also received that product. On 01-31-2018 I noted a pending transaction on my credit card for $89.95 and $85.95 from the same vendors. I called the company and was told that when I ordered the initial samples, I agreed to a monthly subscription to continue receiving the products. This information was not clearly indicated, When I asked for a copy of the terms and conditions that I supposedly agreed to, I was directed to the "dermivaskincare.com" website - which does not exist. I have informed the company that I do not intend to pay for the subscription, I have not received the products they are billing me for, and that I intend to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Refund of the two charges on my credit card ($85.95 and $89.95)

However, on 2/4/2018, the customer called back saying she never agreed to a 35% refund and that she wanted to be given a full refund. I called to get a refund. They told me to ship the product back with my name and address, and they would refund my money and,stop future shipments..
The company said they would refund my money around December 28. And stop future shipments. That did NOT happen. I did not get a refund in December 2017 And I received another shipment on January 29. I called,they said they did not get a cancellation notices to stop future shipments. And they don't accept returns. I'm now out of over 200.00 $. I wrote a note with the first return, that I didn't want anymore.

I called after the first shipment to cancel future shipments. They told me to send the product back for full refund. Which I did. This was the first week of December. That should have been the end. Since then I received another shipment again in the middle of December. I called again. Now they tell me that they don't accept returns. I told them,the product was never opened. No refunds either. I said I do not want any more products, don't send me any more. Then come the middle of January,another shipment came. I called again. I don't want this I told her. I then said that I would be in contact with the Revdex.com. At this time, she said she would discount my order. I said no,, I want my money back. She said that was not possible. That's why I'm in contact with the Revdex.com ,looking for help.

Was charged for full price of 2 products instead of shipping and handling as described in the advertisement. Also shipped more product without order
On 12/7/2017 I ordered through a special advertisement sample sizes of Dermiva Eye and Dermiva Anti Aging. Advertisement said I would only be charged shipping and handling of 5.95 and 4.95 respectively. However, I was send full size items with charges of 89.95 and 85.95 on my debit card. One month later on 1/23/2018 I was sent full size items which I did not order for charges of 94.90 and 91.90. Original order numbers was XXXXXX and XXXXXX. There were no order numbers for the shipment on 1/23/2018.
I did not call customer service as the BB site indicated they only give credits not refund. I have since stopped by debit card so that I will not get charged more.

Thought I was receiving a free trial of skin products but was charged total $355 without my consent.
Saw ad for Dermiva tree trial, paid $10.90. Got my credit card bill and found $175 in charges from "gateway" company. Called to cancel, would not refund but said would cancel and I could keep another shipment on the way. I said no, I don't want it. Checked my account online & found this time $180 charges for product. Called back, said 5 days too late to cancel, asked for supervisor & promised $35% discount credit. Such a scam, can't believe they can do this.

Billed for two products I did not order. I ordered a trial sample for $10.00 which I paid. Now two new charges for $175.90. Did not order this.
On December 13, 2017, ordered Aktiv Skin Serum and Dermiva eye serum trial samples for a total of $10.00 in shipping costs. Received the products. I did not realized there was a 14 day "free" trial period. I called the customer service numbers and was told I failed to respond within a 14 day window and was charged $85.95 and $89.95 for these two products. There was no mention of how much these products cost or that I was going to be charged these amounts. I never, ever would have knowingly purchased these samples if I'd known the hidden costs were going to apply after some window of time. The ordering and follow up billing were totally misleading and completely unexpected. I never heard from this company after my first request for the trial samples. All of a sudden my Visa bill arrives today with these charges. I did not submit an order. I just wanted the trial samples and I readily paid that shipping fee. Since I never heard from the company again, I assumed they went out of business.

I called customer service today and was told by some other company that deals with customer calls that there was nothing they could do.

I want my money back for these two products I did not order. To me it is a complete scam. I had no idea I was going to be billed a full price for these two things. If had had any clue that I was going to be charged $175.90 for this I would never have asked for the trial products. This is totally misleading and unethical advertising.

I called both numbers back in January.
Since I received this second shipment I have only called XXX-XXX-XXXX. That is the number where I spoke with the manager who said she had never heard of Dermiva Skin Care solutions, although she did say she had a record of all of my phone calls to this number. The second number I haven't called since January is XXX-XXX-XXXX. It is listed as the number for the eye serum.

I signed up for a trial sample of DERMIVA face and eye cream. To my surprise I was actually charged $180. I asked for a refund and was denied.
I signed up for a trial sample of DERMIVA Anti-Aging Skin Care; Rejuvenating Face and Neck Therapy and DERMIVA PHOTOCERAMIDE EYE CREAM. I received the samples on, or around, 11/08/2017. I tried a small amount of product and was not impressed. I have had multiple physical problems which have affected my overall physical health and, occasionally, my memory. However, I was shocked to learn at the end of the month that my bank card was charged for nearly $190 for these two products! I finally found the customer service number in small print on the side of the face lotion. I called and was advised that my account was closed I didn't realize I had an actual account. When I advised that I had barely SAMPLED any of the product, their representative advised me that they would not take the samples back, nor refund my money because I was well past the 14 day trial time. All I would like to do is return this product and receive a refund on my bank card. At this time, contacting the Revdex.com is my only hope of receiving a fair chance of getting any help and reporting this company for their poor customer service and shifty practices.

I would appreciate being refunded the money DERMIVA has taken from me. I would be grateful if this company would please refund my money to the card from which it was taken, I also would appreciate it if DERMIVA would be obliged to advise consumers of the dramatic cost of this lotion. The shock of the cost of these two products was absolutely excessive. I would not have taken up the opportunity to SAMPLE these goods if I knew it would cost my nearly $200. When I contacted the company, I asked in many different ways how I would be able to be refunded for this product which I did not want. The answer from the representative was always NO.

However, the following month both charges did not go through as the card declined which automatically cancelled her recurring monthly subscription.

On 01/22/2018, our fulfillment center received a call from the customer requesting that they send the products back. Our Customer Service Representative informed the customer of our no return policy. However, since we stand by our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied, we are providing a refund for both items. A paper check has been issued and should arrive between 7-10 business days for the $85.95. The DERMIVA company's decision to refund my money, $89.95 by check and $89.95 by electronic fleecing for a total of $179.90 is acceptable to me.

According to our records, customer ordered our Dermiva Skin & Eye products a 14-day trial basis back on 01/01/2018 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $5.95. The trial expired on 1/15/2018 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were automatically set up on our auto-ship program and was going to be charged on 1/17/2018 but the charges did not go through. Since they did not go through as the card declined, this automatically cancelled her recurring monthly subscription.

Per the customers request, her card is no longer active on our site and all subscriptions have been cancelled as of 1/17/2018.

THRU CHECKING I FIND THE ZILA COMPANY IS A DIVISION OF ZALISKIN AND DERMIVA SKIN CARE. THE COMPANY DID NOT CONTACT ME, I CONTACTED THEM AND HAD NOT RECIEVED THE PRODUCT WHEN I HAD ALREADY BEEN BILLED. THEY OFFERED TO RETURN 80% OF MY MONEY, THEN SAID THE PRODUCT HAD NOT LEFT THEIR COMPANY, I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD CO. AND HAN A BLOCK PUT ON THE COMPANY, THE PRODUCT ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY, I DID NOT OPEN IT AND RETURNED IT THE SAME DAY, HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM .

We ordered a "free" sample, which we paid shipping on. Within a one month period they have charged our account $360.00!
We requested a free skin cream trial in December 2017, which we paid shipping on and did receive. Within the next 3 weeks our account was billed 4 times total, each for $90.00. We have tried to place a stop on the unauthorized charges but yet another one appeared that we are having to submit claims for with our bank. Today another "sample" was received 1/11/2018. Of course, there is no real contact information for any sort of customer service. Please Help!

We are seeking a refund of the total amount of the unauthorized charges as well as criminal charges for theft, false advertising and possible identity theft since they will most likely use the information to submit charges from another merchant site.

The company continued to charge my account 91.90 and 94.90 per month. I called the company requesting the subscription be stopped and the money refunded. Initially, they refused to even stop the subscription stating that my checking the box I agree to terms and conditions they are not authorized to stop it! I continued to insist by quoting consumer protection laws. Finally, after 2 phone calls they refunded one of the 91.90 and 94.90 charges, but refused to refund the 91.90 & 94.90 charge from 12/13/17 even though the product was mailed back several weeks ago. I asked for a supervisor which never came on the line. I called back and requested supervisor and was told they could only refund 35% of the charges. This company is a scam. The free trial does not indicate anywhere that you are signing up for a subscription. I checked that. I would not have ordered the free sample had it said that. Call the company and try and ask for a refund and you will see what a racket this is 855-840-2558

I called to cancel my subscription and they said I did not cancel within 14 day trial and was responsible for full payment. They said they did not have to refund my money because I agreed to the terms. I asked for a copy of the terms and they said they would email me cancellation confirmation as well as the terms. They did not send either!!! I went online to find the terms and conveniently enough the only place to see them is when you click to order. When I clicked the 'terms and conditions" link, it directed me to another company completely (https://zilaskinoffer.com/special3/d/index.html)
If this company cannot even provide me with a legitimate copy of the terms of agreement, I do not feel I should be obligated to pay them. Worse yet, my creddit card company said they will still be able to bill that card in the future (even if a new card was issued)

The company Dermiva made two authorized charges to my checking account.
I took advantage of a free trial by the company Dermiva . I was only to pay for 4.95 which was the shipping and handling cost per product. I receive them. I now have two additional charges on my checking account which were not authorized. One is for $86 and one is for $89. For products I don't know anything about or their companies. I only authorized the free trial purchases. As of this morning January 7 2018, I am in contact with my bank and I'm canceling my debit card and having to get another one.

I would like the two charges to my checking account reversed I will not be excepting their product as I did not order it.

Demiva Skin Care was offering a FREE TRAIL FOR THEIR PRODUCT. I had to pay the shipping change. I understand that part of it. So I got the product and used it for about 14 day and I was going to call then and said that I did not like the product. But in the mean time I got a bill on my credit card for 89.95 and another 85.95 I called them and ask what the charges was about, they said because I did not notify then in 14 days then I had to pay for the skin care. That was not in the advertisement stating this. When I talked with them about the charges I said I want to be cancel Demiva Skin Care. So they said I would be canceled
Their was never anything said about an Monthly Auto ship in the ad. If I would have know that I would have never tried the product.
Then a day ago I received and order that I did not order. I called and they said that I canceled two day to late for 2nd shipment went out already. Now the cost has gone up 91.90 for one product and the 94.90. I call and said I am not going to pay for this and sending it back. They said they do not take anything back. So then they said they would give me 75 % off on each product .
I do think that the Demiva Skin Care Solutions is a company taken advantage of the public through advertising .
I really am not going to pay for the product because they are cheating people with their false advertising and rising the price with out the person knowing
I never order anything from them they said I could try it for free but they keep on sending me the Dimiva skin card.
