I ordered a free sample online for $4.95 shipping charges. Then read about scams for this product resulting in subsequent additional charges to CC. When I received "confirmation " email with a telephone number and a message saying, "charge on CC as BDP ProDermaEye.com"' I called the number: XXX-XXX-XXXX & gave them my email & order # XXXXX. They said they never heard of me, and they "did not send it to me". I told them I was cancelling & would contact my bank & the Revdex.com. At present the charge is still pending, but the bank cannot do anything until the charge goes through. I would not have minded paying the $4.95, but have no confidence in the company because they denied connection with this transaction when I called them on the telephone number in the confirmation.

I was scammed by this business through Facebook advertising on November 6 of 2017. I was under the impression I was ordering 2 free samples of products which claimed Ellen D endorses & uses & I was only to pay shipping for. When I saw the word 'trial? in confirmation email I bacame upset & called phone # in email. Outsourced rep could not verify that the products even exist & had me repeat the name several times. It was obvious I'd been scammed as there was no way to cancel. I then googled product and called # shown, but customer service refused to give me company name nor would they allow me to speak to a supervisor. Was hung up on each time. I finally received products which burned my skin. I called back multiple times over the next several weeks to try to cancel/get refund. Today I finally got through to supervisor named Trisha. It became clear quickly that she was reciting a script word for word to interrupt my complaints & overcome objections about her company unwittingly entering me into trial/fraudulent charges on my account. She was very rude, argumentative, condescending, repeated script incessantly & refused to allow return of products, stating again & again that by law they're entitled to $186.80 of my money for 2 full sized products that I wasn't aware I was purchasing/burned my skin. I repeated that I didn't enter knowingly into any trial, nor did the emails I was sent include website throug which to cancel any trial that I wasn't aware of having entered into & I offered to forward emails. Ignoring/talking over me again, she rudely insisted there was nothing she would do to help me. That I could have cancelled within time period I was never told about. There was no 'trial? or '14 day cancellation policy? on website I purchased 2 samples from. After Trisha's refusal to work with me or offer solutions, she insisted over & over that there was no way that I could stop payment with my bank, that they would keep my $186.80 by law & there was nothing I could do.

Their ad popped up on Facebook and I STUPIDLY didn't read the terms of agreement, which I realize is my fault. Their scam is that the consumer pays shipping for the beauty product ( which I assumed would be a trial size) and if consumer does not call to cancel within 14 days, their account is charged for the full price of the product. I was told by their phone help that I did not read the terms of agreement prior to clicking when purchasing what I thought was a sample size. Apparently I didn't so I blame myself but do not want them to continue to be able to scam consumers. In addition, this company has a no return policy. My total charges were over $170. After I called they agreed to cancel my "subscription" that I didn't know I'd agreed to, and credit me $60 for my error.
I can only blame myself for my stupidity, but any company operating as they do shouldn't be allowed to stay in business.
