The only thing you can be sure of with this company is that they WILL take your money Good luck actually getting the product you order though I ordered a camera on March *** of this year and after months of receiving nothing and calling at least times the straw that broke the camel's back was when they said that UPS must have lost the package? I asked for a refund over a week ago and have still not seem anything on my CC statement
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM

Even though his return and exchange policy had expired we had done a time courtesy

Everything I wrote is the absolute truth! What they wrote in response is completely untrue! They did NOT refund my money my wife submitted a dispute with our credit card company and that is how we are getting our money backI cannot believe a company like this is allowed to continue to lie and steal from people! They need to be held responsible!

[Your Answer Here]Digital Outlets never contacted me, or even replied to my inquiries, to tell me that my package was being held at customs and that I had to retrieve itI wouldn't even know who to contact to do that, because no one gave me the info. Plus, like I said, I paid for shipping, taxes and duty IN FULL with my first order, so I don't want to have to pay for that once again, since all the goods should have been included in the box the first time aroundThanks much for your help.

I'm normally cautious about buying from NY camera stores and check addresses before I orderHowever, after checking the only phone number I could find for DigitalOutlet.net (area code is in LA) I went ahead and ordered a lens from this crew for which they went ahead and charged my credit card a few days laterWhen it didn't turn up after a few days I gave them a callThey said that they had been trying to email me and needed "confirmation" of the orderSince there was no email anywhere on the server, including the spam, the only way emails could have been blocked would be if they were trying to spoof their addressIn any case, I was told the lens should be there two days laterOf course it never turned upSo a week later I phoned again and was given the exact same story, except an email (to an alternate address) would be sent with the tracking infoNeither the lens nor the email turned upOnce again I call backThe guy on the phone, who is very rude by the way, says it will be here next weekSo again I asked for the tracking number and he says it will be provided hours before deliverySo obviously it had still not been shipped at that pointWithout any good arguments to fall back on, just lame excuses, the guy finally says, "** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ***" Obviously complete BSBottom line is that they had my money for weeks and the evidence points to them never having shipped anythingI filed a dispute with the CC company and will mark it up to experienceTake my advice and avoid these scammers like the plague

*** *** I called him on 2/**/twice put me on hold for minutes and I hung up. Then I called him a 3rd time I told i've been on hold twice and
ask him where's my refund? He's keep telling he refunded my $on 9/**/He said to contact my bank why I haven't received my refund
