[Your Answer Here]Digital Outlets never contacted me, or even replied to my inquiries, to tell me that my package was being held at customs and that I had to retrieve it. I wouldn't even know who to contact to do that, because no one gave me the info.  Plus, like I said, I paid for shipping, taxes and duty IN FULL with my first order, so I don't want to have to pay for that once again, since all the goods should have been included in the box the first time around. At this time, I have been contacted directly by Digital Outlets LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
On 12-**-14 I was notified by [redacted] of Digital Outlets LLC that my order had been cancelled and refunded.  On 1-*-14 I received a request for payment from [redacted] of Digital Outlets LLC requesting payment for a flash.  On 1/**/15 I replied to [redacted]'s emailing notifying him that I had not received a  mailing from Digital Outlets LLC nor had we agreed to reinstate my order.  I have attached the email correspondence.  I  have had no other communication from Digital Outlets LLC in regards to my compliant ID [redacted].

I have filed complaints with my bank, the ftc, the new York attorney generals office and with the California attorney...

genrrals office and there are pending investigations regarding false advertising and bait and switch fraud. I  previously made an attempt to return the product however it was undeliverable, and returned to me, as the address provided for digital outlets is not a valid address. The last correspondence I received from digital outlets was refusal to provide me the information to return the product unless I paid additional fees. Sincerely,[redacted]

However, I have contacted them AGAIN, and this time spoke to a representative named Scott.  He claimed there was a...

problem with the check and that their accounting was looking into it.  He assured me a check would be sent to me as soon as it was resolved.  Mind you, it has already been many many months.  He told me to contact him again if the check was not here in the next few weeks.  For now - please keep this case OPEN until we know if this will hold water or not.  I am hoping they will do the right thing in the next week, or I am going to pursue legal action and report them for fraud. Sincerely,Scott T[redacted] ###-###-####

 Everything I wrote is the absolute truth! What they wrote in response is completely untrue! They did NOT refund my money my wife submitted a dispute with our credit card company and that is how we are getting our money back. I cannot believe a company like this is allowed to continue to lie and steal from people! They need to be held responsible!

My desired outcome is Digitaloutlets give my money back and apologize to me. And promise to provide clear and truthful details on their products.
