Slamming practice on CC after receiving FREE day trialThen auto enrolled for $per month! NOT AUTHORIZED As many of the other here complaining have done I too am a victim of the scam this company is perpetratingWhen the class action suit comes down I wish to be a lead complainantWeather or not the product works or not is beside the pointI saw an ad on TV to "TEXT" to get a free day trial and I had to pay shippingI texted to the numberI was sent on my phone to a site to complete the order where I agreed to pay the $SHIPPING COST ONLY for the free TRIALAt no point when checking out was there anything about enrolling me in or for a monthly $bottle of this productThis is a scam tactic used to sell products called SLAMMINGOnce they have your CC info they automatically begin sending you the product and it is a numbers gameWhat % of the people will not notice the charge or just won't deal with the issue until they have paid a few hundred dollarsI wi

This is a typical bait and switch tacticI was offered to "purchase" a free bottle of NUGENIX supplements for shipping costs only of $I gave them my credit card for shipping (1st mistake!) and they sent my a free bottleWithin weeks, I received a second bottle auto generated for $I never authorized the second bottle and never would have requested a second bottleThe customer service rep that I spoke with continually stated that this is the best selling supplement on the market and you should be happy with the resultsWell, if this is true, it's due to the fact that they auto ship additional bottles to unsuspecting customers without their consent and charge your cardIn my humble opinion, this is not the way a company affiliated with [redacted] Supplements should treat their interested customersPlease help stop the practices of bait and switch, indulge in auto ship/auto charge your credit card and their service levels increased to satisfy someone who caught them in the ac

Shady business practice Free trial should be just that. The company attaches fine print to enroll you in a auto refill program and charges per month for a day refill that you can buy at other online sites for 40.00.Although this is not illegal it is deceptive and shady business practice. How they have an A+ rating is a travesty. If you can't be transparent with your business practices then cease and desist

Getting telemarketing phone calls after filling out "free sample" webpage which leads to another page demanding $surcharge I saw a commercial for a free sample of a product called NugenixAfter texting "clout" to XXXXXX, I was instructed to visit a web linkThe webpage obscured a $shipping surcharge that is only visible once the personal information is already given to the companyAfter closing the page without proceeding, I am now receiving telemarketer phone callsI've received three different calls from different area codes in one dayI never receive these type of calls

I received a free day trial paid S&H never ordered any more and now find a charge for $on my credit card that I did not authorize I received a free day trial of Nugenixpay only S&H of $on 1/5/which made me very sick never ordered any more and now find a charge for $on 1/23/(days later) on my Discover credit card that I did not authorize nor were there any disclosures about the need to cancelI have been unable to reach the company by phone and sent them an email to which I received no responseI have now done some research and now see on your site that the parent company Direct Digital,LLC of (Nugenix) have complaints and yet they have an A+ rating ?? Ordered free trialCancelled the order via phone and customer service told me that I would not be chargedI was literally charged later that day After calling the customer service department again after receiving a second shipment I was advised that the order was "shipped by mistake" and that if I return the bottle I would get a refund but not for daysAfter looking at the other complaints here it seems like this is common with this company

they fail to send a refund that is owed to me I returned product for a refund last September 2017,they took the money from my account for the product, but claim that they could not put it back in the same account,I have contacted them by phone over times and they claim that they will send me a check for the refund which I never recived I last contact them on 4-9-and was told that someone would get back in contact with me but they never have

I received an advertisement from Nugenix in my email I decided to try the free sample bottle, paying $(March 29, 2017) for shipping, using it for day and if I like the product, after that I will be charge the full amount for future bottles What Nugenix did that exact same day I supplied Nugenix my information and paid the $4.99, Nugenix charged my debit card an additional $ That was not what was advertised (advertisement and unethical) The next day (March 30, 2017) I checked my bank account and seen what Nugenix did Nugenix had charged me for both, $and $ I immediately (March 30, 2017) notified my bank My bank (***) filed a fraud claim against Nugenix, cancelled my debit card and reach out to Nugenix Nugenix refused to reimburse the $to my bank ( [redacted] checking account) Besides that I never received any products Time went by that I completely forgot about it [redacted] debit my account (May 30, 2017) because # Nugenix never reimbur

Cancelled order before 14 days. GOT charged anyway. Called cancelled again, got charged again. OrDerek Nugenix sample for 4.99 on August 14th, 3l22017. On 8/28/17 I called to cancel before they charged me. I received a cancellation number and I was reassured that I wouldn't be charged. Only after minutes of the man from customer service, tried to get me to keep the subscription by offering discounts on it. After repeatedly saying No, and the guy telling me that was no reason to be rude, he said it was cancelled. He gave me a run or cancellation number and that was it. On 9/3/17 I was yet charged again for Nugenix and a nsf fee because it caused my account to be overdrawn. I was absolutely livid. I called again, I was asked for the rfm cancellation number and I couldn't find where I wrote it down. I was told there was nothing on my account regarding a cancellation and without the number, the charge stands. I was so so upset. Not only for the $74.98 chare but the $38.50 nsf cha

Ordered a trial product of this subscription through Nugenix website (wish we had ordered through [redacted] The next day, called to cancel subscription. Ended up receiving a shipment of the product. Called the company and their records of the cancelled call did not reflect the reality of a cancelled order. Company did say they would issue a credit if we returned the bottle. We because we did not order the product, we should not have to return it and absorb the expense and inconvenience of returning it. Feel this is a shady service and would like to warn others to stay away from their subscription service, even the free trial. We have contested the credit card charge through our credit card company. Additionally, the trial product, 14-day supply, made no difference to energy level.

The company continues to charge my debit card monthly for a product I have called and requested to have discontinued five times
I ordered a free trial sample off the Nugenix website around August of last year and I had to put my debit card information to pay for shippingI called and requested to cancel my subscription in October, but I had to do it through their automated systemIt said it was cancelled, but my card was charged again the next month and I was sent the supplements againMy card has continued to be charged every month and I keep receiving the supplements in the mail even though I have cancelled my subscription times nowMy card has been charged $for the past five months without my authorization

Advertised free samples of NugenixRequested $fee for shipping and processingI started receiving charges on my crdit card for $
Nugenix offered a free sample and that there was only $S&H chargeOf course, being only on-line, they required my debit card numberNOTHING in their yadda-yadda on the site stated anything about automatic reordering at full price.A short time later, I find a $reacuring charge on my debit acctI notified the bankWill see what they say and will do but in the meantime, this company must be held accountable
