they fail to send a refund that is owed to me
I returned product for a refund last September 2017,they took the money from my account for the product, but claim that they could not put it back in the same account,I have contacted them by phone over times and they claim that they will send me a check for the refund which I never recived I last contact them on 4-9-and was told that someone would get back in contact with me but they never have
