Shady business practicesdays from time of purchase, not delivery
This company takes advantage of people by offering a "free" trial then enrolling them in auto-shipIt's a shady business practice that only sham companies usedays from date of order is a limited amount of time to even try the productIf they were any sort of true company they would give days from date of deliveryI now have to send back the product at my own cost to get a refund or accept "$30" as a partial refund
This company specifically targets the elderly

Unauthorized billing of accounts

Upon checking my *** checking account, I noticed an additonal charge of $taken out of my account on Jan 3rd, At no point in the initial transaction was a recurring block to be billed again checked by myself or any other personsAlso upon research it appears this has occurred countless times to others over the yearsThis business practice is not only deceitful, but entirely illegal

As many of the other here complaining have done I too am a victim of the scam this company is perpetratingWhen the class action suit comes down I wish to be a lead complainantWeather or not the product works or not is beside the pointI saw an ad on TV to "TEXT" to get a free day trial and I had to pay shippingI texted to the numberI was sent on my phone to a site to complete the order where I agreed to pay the $SHIPPING COST ONLY for the free TRIALAt no point when checking out was there anything about enrolling me in or for a monthly $bottle of this productThis is a scam tactic used to sell products called SLAMMINGOnce they have your CC info they automatically begin sending you the product and it is a numbers gameWhat % of the people will not notice the charge or just won't deal with the issue until they have paid a few hundred dollarsI wi

This is a typical bait and switch tacticI was offered to "purchase" a free bottle of NUGENIX supplements for shipping costs only of $I gave them my credit card for shipping (1st mistake!) and they sent my a free bottleWithin weeks, I received a second bottle auto generated for $I never authorized the second bottle and never would have requested a second bottleThe customer service rep that I spoke with continually stated that this is the best selling supplement on the market and you should be happy with the resultsWell, if this is true, it's due to the fact that they auto ship additional bottles to unsuspecting customers without their consent and charge your cardIn my humble opinion, this is not the way a company affiliated with *** Supplements should treat their interested customersPlease help stop the practices of bait and switch, indulge in auto ship/auto charge your credit card and their service levels increased to satisfy someone who caught them in the ac

Website does not explain auto billing option and not way to opt out
I ordered a 'free day trial' from this company and thought I was only paying for shipping Once I processed my request I got an email that mentioned I was automatically enrolled in a subscription program and would be charged dollars a month unless I called to cancel I believe this is a shady sales practice because the web site does not mention anything about the auto billing unless you click on a small link for the 'terms and conditions' and ready 4-paragraphs down I believe they do this intentionally to hook people into paying for something they didn't expect to and use the terms and conditions as a way out I believe the web site should clearly mention the subscription program and allow users to opt out BEFORE they order the product

I HAVE GOTTEN APPROXIMATELY UNSOLICTED EMAILS FROM THIS COMPANY WITH NUMBEROUS SUBJECT LINES I DID NOT REQUEST THIS FROM ANY COMANY

Advertised free samples of NugenixRequested $fee for shipping and processingI started receiving charges on my crdit card for $
Nugenix offered a free sample and that there was only $S&H chargeOf course, being only on-line, they required my debit card numberNOTHING in their yadda-yadda on the site stated anything about automatic reordering at full price.A short time later, I find a $reacuring charge on my debit acctI notified the bankWill see what they say and will do but in the meantime, this company must be held accountable
