I never ordered the product My credit card was charged without my permission I was then put on automatic delivery!
I want my credit card to be credited for the items I NEVER ordered! I never ordered the product My credit card was charged without my permission I was then put on automatic delivery! I tried to speak to the representative about our issue and her suggestion was to return bottles of the product we never even received!

Ordered free trialCancelled the order via phone and customer service told me that I would not be chargedI was literally charged later that day
After calling the customer service department again after receiving a second shipment I was advised that the order was "shipped by mistake" and that if I return the bottle I would get a refund but not for daysAfter looking at the other complaints here it seems like this is common with this company

I received a free day trial paid S&H never ordered any more and now find a charge for $on my credit card that I did not authorize
I received a free day trial of Nugenixpay only S&H of $on 1/5/which made me very sick never ordered any more and now find a charge for $on 1/23/(days later) on my Discover credit card that I did not authorize nor were there any disclosures about the need to cancelI have been unable to reach the company by phone and sent them an email to which I received no responseI have now done some research and now see on your site that the parent company Direct Digital,LLC of (Nugenix) have complaints and yet they have an A+ rating ?? Along with numerous pages of web complaints for the same issue(s)

This is a typical bait and switch tacticI was offered to "purchase" a free bottle of NUGENIX supplements for shipping costs only of $I gave them my credit card for shipping (1st mistake!) and they sent my a free bottleWithin weeks, I received a second bottle auto generated for $I never authorized the second bottle and never would have requested a second bottleThe customer service rep that I spoke with continually stated that this is the best selling supplement on the market and you should be happy with the resultsWell, if this is true, it's due to the fact that they auto ship additional bottles to unsuspecting customers without their consent and charge your cardIn my humble opinion, this is not the way a company affiliated with *** Supplements should treat their interested customersPlease help stop the practices of bait and switch, indulge in auto ship/auto charge your credit card and their service levels increased to satisfy someone who caught them in the ac

I ordered a free trial of Nugenix and canceled it the next dayThey then subscribed me to automatic $orders and refused to honor my cancellation
I ordered a free trail of Nugenix vitamin supplementAfter ordering the free trial, I researched the company and heard about unethical business practices, such as not allowing customers to cancel the free trial and continuing to charge $monthlyI then called to cancel the next day and received a confirmation number of my cancellation, XXXXXXXNot even weeks later, I noticed my account was overdrawn and was charged $from Nugenix, despite cancelling the free trial, hours after ordering itI called customer service and they were able to confirm that I had called less than a day after ordering, to cancel the free trialYet the agent told me I will still be charged, until I receive the product I didn't want in the mail and mail it back to themThis is after they over-drafted my account and charged me $I didn't have, for so

I canceled my account before the close of the trial periodEight days after the trial period they billed me for eighty dollars without my consent
I signed up for a free trial of NugenixI paid the shipping cost with my debit cardThe terms of the trial period stated that if you do not cancel before the end of the trial period that you will then be billed for eighty dollars and a new shipment will be sent outMy trial period ended on January 10, I called and canceled on January 4, Then, on January the Nugenix company billed my account for eighty dollars without my consentI contacted the company to see why they took money out of my account without my consent and they claim that the account had not been canceledIt does not make sense to me why they would steal my money after I canceled before the trial period ended, and eight days after the end of the trial dateThe company said someone would get back to me within to hoursHowever, when I call to inquire they

9/3/I was yet charged again for Nugenix and a nsf fee because it caused my account to be overdrawnI was absolutely lividI called again, I was asked for the rfm cancellation number and I couldn't find where I wrote it downI was told there was nothing on my account regarding a cancellation and without the number, the charge standsI was so so upsetNot only for the $chare but the $nsf cha

Shady business practice
Free trial should be just that. The company attaches fine print to enroll you in a auto refill program and charges per month for a day refill that you can buy at other online sites for 40.00.Although this is not illegal it is deceptive and shady business practice. How they have an A+ rating is a travesty. If you can't be transparent with your business practices then cease and desist

Shady business practicesdays from time of purchase, not delivery
This company takes advantage of people by offering a "free" trial then enrolling them in auto-shipIt's a shady business practice that only sham companies usedays from date of order is a limited amount of time to even try the productIf they were any sort of true company they would give days from date of deliveryI now have to send back the product at my own cost to get a refund or accept "$30" as a partial refund
This company specifically targets the elderly

I requested the "free" sample of Nugenix and agreed to the $charge for shipping There was no notification that I would be enrolled in Autoship
I requested the "free" sample of Nugenix and agreed to the $charge for shipping (6-11-18) online There was no notification that I would be enrolled in Autoship and be shipped and charged this product monthly You had to check the box about terms , but this Autoship that was stated usually refers to members or recurrent customers, which I was not either It wasn't until I called for a refund(8-4-18) for the charge of $on 7-30-on my Visa card, that they pointed out that they had buried the enrollment of autoship to all people signing up for the free trial Why would anyone agree to a monthly autoship for a product trial? This is such a scam, and even after bad reviews and complaints for over months, Revdex.com still has them as an A+ rating How can this be? They continue with their poor if not fraudulent practices and ha

failure to cancel subscription
I called Nugenix in October to cancel my subscription to their productThey stated my account was inactive since JulyI was told my account would be cancelledIf my account was cancelled why is my checking account showing them taking money from July to DecemberI don't appreciate being lied to

My order has been cancelled two months in a row and they keep taking money off my debit cardI have had to file a dispute with my bank and
They keep taking money off my debit card even though I stopped the subscription

I received an advertisement from Nugenix in my email I decided to try the free sample bottle, paying $(March 29, 2017) for shipping, using it for day and if I like the product, after that I will be charge the full amount for future bottles What Nugenix did that exact same day I supplied Nugenix my information and paid the $4.99, Nugenix charged my debit card an additional $ That was not what was advertised (advertisement and unethical) The next day (March 30, 2017) I checked my bank account and seen what Nugenix did Nugenix had charged me for both, $and $ I immediately (March 30, 2017) notified my bank My bank (***) filed a fraud claim against Nugenix, cancelled my debit card and reach out to Nugenix Nugenix refused to reimburse the $to my bank (*** checking account) Besides that I never received any products Time went by that I completely forgot about it *** debit my account (May 30, 2017) because # Nugenix never reimbur

Nugenix is taking money out of my account for items I did not order or authorizeFailing to respond to requests to cancel and refund
Nugenix is taking money out of my account for items I did not order or authorizeFailing to respond to requests to cancel and refund chargesTaking advantage of customers all over the United StatesThere is no authorization for this

Ordered a trial product of this subscription through Nugenix website (wish we had ordered through *** The next day, called to cancel subscriptionEnded up receiving a shipment of the productCalled the company and their records of the cancelled call did not reflect the reality of a cancelled orderCompany did say they would issue a credit if we returned the bottleWe because we did not order the product, we should not have to return it and absorb the expense and inconvenience of returning itFeel this is a shady service and would like to warn others to stay away from their subscription service, even the free trialWe have contested the credit card charge through our credit card company
Additionally, the trial product, 14-day supply, made no difference to energy level

I signed up for the trial not realizing the cost of the subscription, and not being good at taking pills regularly, so did not want the subscriptionI was busy and set it aside and got a second bottle and bill on credit card I called to ask to cancel and for a refund and they were very pleasant I had not opened either bottle so they gave me an RMA number and refunded Yes, I paid shipping, but I had also not cancelled within the first time frame
I would give a for customer service except I don't like the get a free sample then be hooked marketing

I emailed them times to stop getting there product but they keep sending and billing me
I ordered a free sample of there product, a month later they sent me another bottle and charged meI emailed them times to stop sending me and billing me for there product but they havent stopped yet
