I called Nugenix in October to cancel my subscription to their productThey stated my account was inactive since JulyI was told my account would be cancelledIf my account was cancelled why is my checking account showing them taking money from July to DecemberI don't appreciate being lied to

I signed up for a free trial of NugenixI paid the shipping cost with my debit cardThe terms of the trial period stated that if you do not cancel before the end of the trial period that you will then be billed for eighty dollars and a new shipment will be sent outMy trial period ended on January 10, I called and canceled on January 4, Then, on January the Nugenix company billed my account for eighty dollars without my consentI contacted the company to see why they took money out of my account without my consent and they claim that the account had not been canceledIt does not make sense to me why they would steal my money after I canceled before the trial period ended, and eight days after the end of the trial dateThe company said someone would get back to me within to hoursHowever, when I call to inquire they

Website does not explain auto billing option and not way to opt out
I ordered a 'free day trial' from this company and thought I was only paying for shipping Once I processed my request I got an email that mentioned I was automatically enrolled in a subscription program and would be charged dollars a month unless I called to cancel I believe this is a shady sales practice because the web site does not mention anything about the auto billing unless you click on a small link for the 'terms and conditions' and ready 4-paragraphs down I believe they do this intentionally to hook people into paying for something they didn't expect to and use the terms and conditions as a way out I believe the web site should clearly mention the subscription program and allow users to opt out BEFORE they order the product

I signed up for the trial not realizing the cost of the subscription, and not being good at taking pills regularly, so did not want the subscriptionI was busy and set it aside and got a second bottle and bill on credit card I called to ask to cancel and for a refund and they were very pleasant I had not opened either bottle so they gave me an RMA number and refunded Yes, I paid shipping, but I had also not cancelled within the first time frame
I would give a for customer service except I don't like the get a free sample then be hooked marketing

Customer service refused to email account holder receipt of cancellation
II called on September 17th around 11:45am cancelling future subscriptions from being charged to my bank accountUpon canceling subscription I requested an email receipt of confirmation of cancellationCustomer service refused to email me a receipt of cancellation saying that they only send out one email

Shady business practice
Free trial should be just that. The company attaches fine print to enroll you in a auto refill program and charges per month for a day refill that you can buy at other online sites for 40.00.Although this is not illegal it is deceptive and shady business practice. How they have an A+ rating is a travesty. If you can't be transparent with your business practices then cease and desist

The company continues to charge my debit card monthly for a product I have called and requested to have discontinued five times
I ordered a free trial sample off the Nugenix website around August of last year and I had to put my debit card information to pay for shippingI called and requested to cancel my subscription in October, but I had to do it through their automated systemIt said it was cancelled, but my card was charged again the next month and I was sent the supplements againMy card has continued to be charged every month and I keep receiving the supplements in the mail even though I have cancelled my subscription times nowMy card has been charged $for the past five months without my authorization

Ordered a trial product of this subscription through Nugenix website (wish we had ordered through *** The next day, called to cancel subscriptionEnded up receiving a shipment of the productCalled the company and their records of the cancelled call did not reflect the reality of a cancelled orderCompany did say they would issue a credit if we returned the bottleWe because we did not order the product, we should not have to return it and absorb the expense and inconvenience of returning itFeel this is a shady service and would like to warn others to stay away from their subscription service, even the free trialWe have contested the credit card charge through our credit card company
Additionally, the trial product, 14-day supply, made no difference to energy level

I ordered a free trail of Nugenix vitamin supplementAfter ordering the free trial, I researched the company and heard about unethical business practices, such as not allowing customers to cancel the free trial and continuing to charge $monthlyI then called to cancel the next day and received a confirmation number of my cancellation, XXXXXXXNot even weeks later, I noticed my account was overdrawn and was charged $from Nugenix, despite cancelling the free trial, hours after ordering itI called customer service and they were able to confirm that I had called less than a day after ordering, to cancel the free trialYet the agent told me I will still be charged, until I receive the product I didn't want in the mail and mail it back to themThis is after they over-drafted my account and charged me $I didn't have, for so
