Company provided sub-par service that caused damage to lawn due to salt water flooding
On 6/- Service Tech performed maintenance service incl making sure cycles ran completelyI was guaranteed that the issue of continuous cycle regeneration was fixed because he bent and manipulated the spokes on the timerWhen he left he said all mechanism of the system was in working orderdys later woke to my yard flooded with salt water which caused damage to my lawn I called the co who waited days to check systemDuring this time I had no water softener function on my unit During the service visit, the technician on taking apart the system either accidentally broke the timer plastic front part or it was left broken by the previous technicianTech said the co no longer carry the part and offered to sell me either a $plus digital head or a new unit for $4K Both options were not acceptable to me The tech Johnny called the office asking if there was a timer in stock and was to

A contract was signed back in 7/26/(See Attached contract) between myself ***, ex-owner of ***, Orlando, FL 32837, and Corry, a technician and a salesman from Florida Energy Water & Air, incknown as "RainSoft" The contract stipulates that I agreed to pay $to change the old system with the contingency that RainSoft will disconnect and reconnect the system at the time of moving to the new purchased property located at*** Orlando, FL The contract is valid for years with a lifetime warranty of the system When I was moving from ***, I called RainSoft to come and disconnect the system which they did Now that I am asking to reconnect the system, Rainsoft team is giving us hard time to come and install it in the new purchased property located at ***

The complaint is on the sales practices/advertisement of the product from Rainsoft in conjunction with the Foundation Finance Co

Service Technician failed for four weeks to provide written estimate including deficiencies and recommendations for my home HVAC system
In March, we decided to go with Florida Energy Water and Air for our seasonal climate control system maintenance in our home And we signed up for semi-annual system maintenance During our March system check your technician named S*** checked the ton system in one of the zones in our home and verbally provided a rundown of system deficiencies He promised that he would provide a written result of the deficiencies and recommendations within hours
We called our insurance agent who sent an adjuster and he also basically confirmed the findings of your technician Our insurance company, ***, told us that coverage would be pending MrS***'s written report My wife and I have called, messaged, and emailed MrS*** to please provide this report which each time he promised within the next day This never happened for weeks My

We had our water system installed by Jaeson F* he did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him

We have used Florida Energy water and air for years, with their water purifying system and love it! We recently moved and made sure we could bring everything with us Our son recently had an air conditioner installed using Florida Energy water and air, and also was extremely pleased, and had a great experience It is so nice to be able to call such a wonderful company and know that we not only can call them when we need salt for our system, but also if we have any other issues in our home We highly recommend them, they are always friendly, professional and able to help us , in anything that we need We highly recommend them!!!

The water conditioner installer was a pleasant individual who came to install my condition and was very concern in my viewpoint of the location of my property of where I would want to install the equipment while giving me tips of a better location and whyAfter the installation, he showed how to use the equipment, gave me tips of what to look for, and made some helpful suggestions on the benefits of having this equipment

The technician that I had by the name of Tony he was very professional very well organized , clean and very pleasant

This company sold us a new Air Conditioning unit but, when they installed this AC unit, they failed to let us know that we no longer had any heatSince we had several mild winters, this was not realized until when we has some incredibly cold days/nightsI have called on several occasions but anyone of any importance was to busy to talk and although I was promised a call back - there have been no call backsBefore doing business with this company - call someone elseOur Ac was not properly installed - i.ewires were crossed in the thermostat installation, there were bare exposed wires left in the air handler closet, we are without out any heat and have been told that the cost would be around $7,to correct this situationPLEASE NOTE* This is a marketing company - they make money selling their crap to peopleThey are NOT a service company and do not care about any post sales issuesAlso, after year we wee left with no AC in August and although under warranty their service people failed fix the problemWe soon called *** to fix the Ac problem and it was***'s that diagnosed the lack of heat problemThese people are crooks!!!
