I have a brochure from Florida Energy Water and Air with a 5% coupon that says: "5% off any Second Major Purchase Made With Florida Energy Water & Air" I bought a whole house water treatment system from them in July On 5/2, I bought an HVAC system from them at the cost of $4, According to their advertisement, I should receive 5% off the $4, I have called the company at *** four times and spoke to Cher, a customer service representative She keeps telling me, "They will call you back." They never do I accuse them of advertising
